And if they do settle, make the settlement public. They seemingly have all of the leverage you could ever have in a defamation lawsuit, but they keep settling. One settlement (Smartmatic/OANN) is confidential, the other (Dominion/Fox News) was settled for $787.5m, as per the Forbes article.
