Must admit I was happy it was free when I tried to create this account. I think older banned accounts have their usernames freed up after a while so its possible someone else had it in the distant past.

Ah that sucks. Ive asked on Reddit as well. Hopefully someone can help. Theres some content on YouTube but most of them are more streams than outright tutorials.

Oh yeah hes great I agree. There is something crazy about a guy who thinks the world has got programming completely wrong to the point hes developing his own language lol.

Id love a similar thing for the Witness tbh. I know Blow can be a bit abrasive but I generally find his commentary interesting.

Mine are fog of war puzzles. You could argue that it's not really a variant just a more curtailed solve path but I like them :)

This was a pretty good puzzle and I quite enjoyed the logic. One thing I will mention is I spent a good long while trying to disambiguate the highs from the lows at the end of the puzzle before actually reading the rules carefully.

The dotted lines must increase consecutively from their attached line. That means r4c2 must be greater than r4c1. This bit of understanding will sort out a lot of the pencil marks early on and make the rest of the solve a lot easier to see

Grey lines the numbers have to be consecutive with each other. Dotted lines are the same.

Colours I added to logically separate the numbers. Blue and green represent 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 but not sure which is which. Yet. Similar in bottom right.

• Also, there are some inequality signs in the grid, which must correctly indicate which of the digits next to them is the greater of the two. (For instance, if < appears between two cells, then you could fill those cells as 3 < 4 or 5 < 9. The alligator mouth eats the larger digit!)

For me there's a sweet spot where they are challenging enough to make me think but no so hard I look at it and don't have a clue where to start :)

One of the reasons I love Fog Puzzles is because it leads you into the solve path nicely and you don't spend ages trying to work out where the break in is!
