the lady that used to live next door to me has been renting out her house for the past few years

current family has a pitbull that regularly gets loose and occasionally harasses me on my property, there's a frequent smell of weed smoke coming from the house, and i regularly hear them shouting late at night, also they don't take good care of their yard and so their weeds invade my lawn

previous family would shoot off fireworks in my front yard on holidays while i was away and left all the trash (as witnessed by a roommate), as well as the aforementioned lawn weeds issue

i don't dislike renters as a concept but in my personal experience they leave something to be desired
