Stuff like this is exactly why I don't count emulation as a perk to PC gaming, even though it gets listed a lot in comparison to just sticking with consoles.

The website that was shut down was up for 23 years. Wii servers were up for 18 years and 3DS servers were up for 13 years. The website had longer longevity than consoles lol.

i used a mod that sorted city recruits by stats to make recruitment easier, game has a lot of good qol mods like that

You need to use all the stat-increasing items while they're still outer disciples because the moment they turn into inner disciples, their potential is essentially fixed (in that you can only make so good of a Golden Core, which is the second thing that will limit potential). Increasing stats while they're inners is fine for skill checks but it changes none of the derived inner-only stats you're given when you become an inner. You do want to raise max qi as much as possible before they're GC cuz outers will die if they eat it tho

Also you really should just rush a character to GC so they can lay the groundwork for other inners- there's tons of ways for inners at GC to gather materials or learn spells that will help others thrive, but your first GC is comparatively always gonna suck because you have to yolo it. Even having just a GC9 is gonna help a ton

yeah it be like that till you fully get the mechanics. imo copy your stuff into blueprints and start over (or mod your sect rep to be 0 again), the biggest hurdle in the game is figuring everything out

also have you set up proper cultivation/breakthrough rooms cuz those make a world of a difference

Your inner disciples immediately stop playing rimworld yeah lmao. Dunno if you noticed but you start with one foundation pill that allows one person to immediately become an inner which helps early game boredness

Physical cultivation is REALLY hard to sustain early on (because insane amounts of food wastes so much time before a certain midgame building), but it scales so hard. It's also real fun to watch em go at it like anime characters rather than just twirl in place like regular cultivators

One tip I can say is that adventures are extremely overpowered but also try to keep reputation low because that's the main hard timer with regards to difficulty- at certain rep thresholds invaders become stronger (the other hard timer you'll google when it happens). The talisman that reduces rep gain + the talisman that improves adventure speed should be kept on at all times for any adventuring inners

in my experience, poms and chihuahuas bark the most. but their bark is the most quiet, and really they barely bark more often than a bigger dog like a golden whose bark is ear splittingly loud at times.

i should note we have a golden retriever and a german shepherd, the former of which is a noob at the dog game

golden barks because y r u not giving him attention, latter freaks out because holy shit that means we're under attack, feedback loop

our german shepherd is fucking LOUD as fuck and absolutely anything sets her off. she's got the temperance of one of those tiny dogs that shakes in fear all of the time but she's medium sized

I kinda doubt even the diner owners would care or understand. You could bring it up with them to find out more about why it was set up and confirm the specifics about it, and then explain why you think it's manipulative to children and see what their response is.

If they don't do anything about it, I saw don't go to the authorities (is this something they would actually do something about? If so, then I guess you should try, but I doubt it) or confront the guy, go to the news. Bad publicity will be more effective against this than most other things I believe.

total war was my entry point to warhammer tbh (if you don't count me trying blood bowl for a few hours and not getting it). extremely fun yet flawed games

warhammer rules because all Orks are idiot psionics who make shit work good by pure belief alone. if they think strapping a bunch of sticks together in the facsimile of a gun makes it a gun, it's going to fucking shoot you. painting their ships red makes their speed increase because red = fast. they also reproduce asexually like fungi extremely quickly. but again, they're all idiots and very fighty

I can already see the defense of "well it's not like he hurt anyone" with maybe a little "the trial was rigged anyways" being brought out by trump supporters

i've had some good eating these past few years

I often go as many mods as possible. I think my Stardew Valley modlist is around 150 mods and my Skyrim modlist is more. I think I enjoy content overhaul mods the mods, like the Skyrim mods that add more life into the world by making random battles between factions happen in the overworld, or random patrols that act according to their faction logic. I think my Stardew Valley mods have about tripled the number of residents

Finished Fantasy High a few weeks ago (partially was what got me to sub to Dropout aka reformed Collegehumor), finished its Sophomore year yesterday (Fabian/Lou MVP), and I've started The Seven today. I legitimately never thought watching someone else play DnD could be remotely interesting but hey, it really fuckin' is!

that's unfortunately fair, spoilers don't expire due to time or retcons on gamefaqs and they never have

spoilers are only really fair game if they've been used on promotional material (Darth Vader) or are based on real events (The Titanic), and even then you can only freely spoil those things.

the entirety of the Star Wars Legends continuity isn't fair game to spoil because Disney has no interest in acknowledging it exists anymore

I'm several expansions behind at this point and being forced to go through the stupidly massive and pointlessly long achievements to unlock flight for various regions is just not something I'm interested in.

You can freely fly in all non-Dragonflight expansions since the launch of Dragonflight, though. They've actually been getting a lot more lax about it in the past few years. When I played back in Legion, unlocking Draenor flying was incredibly painful, but pathfinder's been optional there for four years

I still heavily prefer retail over classic even if actually keeping up with endgame is currently kinda ass. There's just too much good QoL and a couple of really cool expansions. I wouldn't say there's been a fantastic expansion since at least Legion, but Legion was fucking lit
