kind of crazy that the executive branch has accomplished more things that improve my life under joe biden than any other president in my lifetime.

Maybe it's close if you count "obama got to appoint two SC justices and biden only got one" but that's pretty random

(to be clear I still think he sucks, and I don't think that's the only thing the president does. like obama obviously was important to the ACA passing which was a huge improvement)

Most current events discussion (both on this site and in general) always devolves into stupidity.

The only discussions that don't devolve into stupidity here are the ones that start stupid from the first post (that's why I start my topics off as inanely as possible -- the quality of discourse can only go up!)

So it seems like a perfect place for political discussions to me.

I don't think so but who knows. It got deleted for trolling on the basis that I was spreading conspiracy theories, which doesn't make sense to me. I just pointed out that Boeing murdered another whistleblower.

I'm sure pretty much every politician in the US is totally fine with Boeing doing extralegal corporate assassinations as long as they're careful enough to maintain plausible deniability, so it seems apolitical to me
