Society puts so much pressure on you to preform.

You have to be strong. Physically and mentally.

Confident and competent

A good leader

Good social skills and emotional intelligence

Be able to handle tough situations

Kind but also assertive and take no nonsense

Be able to protect and provide

Disciplined

Funny and charming

It's like a million boxes you have to check.

Yeah, but the result is strange.

I want ice beam (or something similar) at least twice in every team, yet I'm avoiding ice type pokemons like the plague.

You just stick ice moves on water Pokmon because every water type gets ice moves without having all the annoying weaknesses.

Yeah Ice got buffed with the new hail mechanics, but rain is still vastly superior to hail. Still feels way underpowered defensively.

Relax my man. First of all cuff injuries rarely need surgery. If it was completely torn you wouldn't be able to complete motions regardless of pain because the ropes are just not there.

Can you..
1. Put both hands behind your head?
2. Put both hands on your lower back?
3. Lift your arms to the sides?

Considering how acute this is, it could be a subacromial impingement/bursitis too.

Take some NSAIDs for 5 days, take it easy and don't strain your shoulder for a couple weeks. If pain persists beyond that, an ultrasound (or MRI, but ultrasound is enough, save your money), and physical therapy is all you'll need.

Actually I you are right. The pain has gone down after a few days. I think it just got inflamed from overuse. Everyone at my job called out so was literally doing the work of 2-3 people. Lifting shift way above my paygrade. Fucked up my shoulder trying to be superman.

How's your range of motion TC?

Bending my arm to the side, up or behind = sharp pain. Like a 5/10 on the pain scale. Not excruiating but sharp. I'm not a doctor but it is probably torn or inflamed. I'm worried it will get worse over time like a tooth cavity if I don't get surgery. I'm 30 so i'm not super young.

Never had any kind of shoulder pain before so this is new. Got a manual labor job working in a warehouse lifting boxes all day on top of going to the gym and doing shoulder presses so either one or the other or the combination of both tore something in my shoulder.

I woke up 2 days with a constant low level dull ache with a sharp pain when raising my hand up or above my head or in front of me.

It sucks but its not debilitating. Hopefully it heals on its own and I don't need surgery

Decent chance they are autistic or something. Many of us don't like making eye contact much. We just don't like it. Its uncomfortable.

Its like being mad someone in a wheelchair with barely working legs doesn't stand up at the register. Nasty entitled shit to demand. It doesn't affect you.

Also many places the tip is split among the whole staff or is specfically for the server so you might've been punishing someone else for something trivial someone else did.

This guy working the register looked like a manager taking over because none else was there. He demanded a tip from me without even looking to me while speaking. I was caught off guard by the lack of effort on being friendly from this guy yet he felt entitled to a tip.

Usually allows me to finish 28 bones. However, last time I did brought noted bones to the chaos altar, some almost maxed level guy hit me with 2 Dragon Claws special attacks and I died instantly. Dang. Glad it just happened 1/10 times last time I was leveling prayer. Usually the trips are uneventful or I tank the damage until I pray all the bones away and then die, go back to Edgeville and repeat.
