Yeah, it's disappointing to see this offense stifled like this. They aren't even getting on base that often. And now Churio, one of their few offensive bright spots, might be out for the series.

Crazy thing is pitching-wise, they've held their own, keeping the team in the game. The offensive just isn't doing anything to compliment that.

yeah, I meant to say going forward the schedule is brutal. I guess its fair to say they haven't had a signature win yet given that the Ravens appear to be duds this year. Though I guess the Lions will have plenty of opportunities to get that signature win in the coming weeks.

Phew, the Packers closed it out this time. It's so frustrating how they seem to dominate games, but the score is not reflective of it, and its a nailbiter at the end.

Oddly enough, with a Lions loss, they'll be back in 1st place again in the division based on percentage.

My thinking was that the Cubs would concede the better pitching matchup for the first two games (with the hopes of maybe stealing one win out of it) in order to be able to gain the pitching advantage when it got back to Wrigley with their well-rested A starters. It seems like Counsel was not willing to do that, and went for this game with Boyd on short rest against Peralta. Just seemed like an unnecessarily risky move.

Churio also becomes the first player ever to record 3 hits in the first 2 innings of a postseason game, where he then sadly left due to an injury. Hopefully hell be okay.

Some history was made for the Cubs as well, as Aaron Civale's 4.1 innings of scoreless relief was the longest scoreless postseason relief outing in Cubs history (maybe the should've started him instead of Boyd on short rest?)

I was at the game today, lots of Cubs fans were there, a very electric atmosphere as I expected.

It was a great game to go to as a Brewers fan, and hopefully they keep this up the remainder of the series.

Haha! I didn't catch that. What's funny is that plane was there already, just with a generic skin. They literally reskinned it for the crossover. That's what I love about fortnite. It's the little things they do.

The standard battle royale (chose zero build if you don't want the building mechanic in game) is the one that has the movie related items in it and even a location. The limited time game mode horde rush is also movie related. Both of these will net you some rewards. There are also a lot of movie themed Creative games to play. Or, if you like guitar hero, you can play the festival stage, I believe it has some songs from the movie you can rock to, though I'm not 100% sure on that.

whats cool about fornite is its not just skins. They add in special items and in this case a special game mode. They did the same thing for the Avatar Last Airbender and they often do it for star wars. It's nice that they put effort into it.

The I-94 series between the Brewers and Cubs is going to have some raucous crowds. The atmosphere at those games during the regular season is already intense, I can't imagine how much more so for playoff baseball.

The two teams have never faced off in the playoffs though they did play a game 163 in 2018 back when that was a thing.

And the Fortnite collab has dropped, lol. That was quick.
