Q2 GDP grew at a 3.8% annual rate, fueled by strong consumer spending. (The clients for these AI tools are mainly corporations, not mom & pops.) Q3 is currently tracking for another 3%+ gain. Whats going to happen when it pops? They will get bailed out. When the first IT bubble popped in 2000, the Federal Reserve (central bank) lowered interest rates from 6% to 1% despite mild effects on the broader economy. The whole process was painless & took about 5 minutes. I dont understand why this age verification law for adult content is such a big deal. They have to use independent third-party ID verification providers who will then destroy the documents after theyre cleared. Nobodys privacy is being compromised. Among the 20+ states that have implemented similar laws, no data leaks have ever surfaced. Not technically homeless, even if they dont have a home of their own. There are people who live in homeless shelters but still have access to showers & laundry facilities, and some of them are employed. Then finally there are the people living in the streets and reeking of bodily waste & garbage, some with mental health & substance abuse problems.
