I wouldnt stress too much about a couple of individual blood pressure tests. White Coat Syndrome is a thing. If the doctors were that worried about it, they'd hook you up to a 24 hour halter monitor and check it while you're sleeping to get a better look.

speaking of that, before the sleep apnea stuff i had to use a halter monitor for 2 days. it gives a better idea why your blood pressure is spiking at night into the morning.

Thick crust

i have a rising crust pizza in my freezer. it's unfortunately the vegetarian one (mushroom and spinach) i plan to buy some pepperoni to doctor the pizza on friday.

one of the few pizza's that have the alfredo sauce instead of tomato. have to get the thin crust for those.

on the sleep apnea machine they aren't bad, you wear a mask with a hose attatched to a machine that sends compressed air to keep your air ways open.

without machine i have around 8 to 15 events per hour. with machine i have less than 5. the most annoying thing is the sleep lab (wires get tangled easily and cant sleep as easily compared to home). 2nd visit had the coldest room i should've asked for an extra blanket.

I've read that untreated sleep apnea is really bad for your heart and lungs long-term.

it has messed with my heart. makes blood pressure worse. because i didn't treat my blood pressure effectively. one of my heart chambers has thickened mildly. this puts me as a candidate where it could cause heart problems later in life.

i'm planning to start fallout 76 when the next season begins.

needing to get a budget so i can afford some atoms so i can get a good advantage early on.

i used the robot myself. i can't find mah dog so i can stimpack the dog many times to get curie to like it.

have to use mr strong and feasting on human since he likes that. i still have 3 more faction paths left (working on those today). it's just cleanup and DLC after that time.

edit: may have to look for the dog. strong isn't approving of my actions.

I ordered a phone I was supposed to sign for. At the due time, I got a delivery notice, complete with a photograph of it on the doorstep.

has happened in the last year but the delivery driver delivered to the wrong apartment in the complex. they got the 6 and 9 screwed up and i had to bring the heavy package to the #16 apartment and left a note explaining they dropped the package at my doorstep and leaving it there for them.

if ask why i didn't knock on the door. preferably don't want to talk to people unless talked to first unless need help or something needed.

my uncle used to use one of those because my dog had barking problems when the apartment complex wanted to sleep. neighbors complained but the complaint was less serious than what it appeared to be.

i hated when the collar went off and she yelped whenever she barked. it was only short term.

seems taco seasoning, tuna (when not on sale), and canned refried beans is cheaper compared to what the store charges.
may have to wait a week but i'll save some money when they arrive.

not a die hard collector but i have collected movies and video games (kept what i had from the wii era and up). even some DS games too.

Ill eat meatloaf sandwiches all week at work. I like to make roasts/carrots/potatoes/onions in the crockpot on a regular basis. Im making tacos tonight and that will be like 3 pounds of hamburger and Ill eat it over the next few days. I make tacos regularly.

i salute your cooking. it's really good.

especially the two bolded things. i'm making taco's too tonight though i only eat red meat once a week but it's a few servings because i love to indulge on my cheat dinner (only on meat not on carbs).

oh damn i forgot about that threshold, i have gotten billed through medicare so i don't realize how bad it gets.

had to pay 240$ before they help. haven't gotten billed for the multiple visits on anything else with the other insurance for regular visits (used a clinic that has a sliding scale system) based on income earning.

on that note wish they lower the threshold. 8k is too much before they help. should be 2-3k.

i have to worry if my rent will go up 200$. i have other options if i talk to my caseworker if things go south.

section 8 hasn't gotten to me yet (still at least 3 more years on the waiting list).
even then with ronald messing with the programs, doubtful it'll be there for me.

my uncle's car which was driven for well over 4-5 years crapped out on the transmission. that was around the time he went crazy (a few months later). not sure where the car is now and it ain't my problem.

public transportation is also an option if biking distance is too far. i learned to use a utility cart myself for groceries (wish my 20 year old self learned this) i wouldn't need to rely on my uncle for grocery trips sometimes.

Places never serve actual spicy food, because they don't want all the hardasses ordering it, then coming back and demanding refunds because it was too hot.

there's only a few times i went and enjoyed the taco bell or taco time. when they had the spiciest sauces.

the 5 alarm burrito's from taco time (gotten rid of it after taco time closed down) and those grillers with the spicy sauce (gone after promotion).

Yeah I feel that, Ive always been more inclined to work my wage but getting promoted out of the position Im in right now would be wonderful.

there's always other options if they don't promote (we worked through this hardship crap to earn promotion).

stemmed from an incident where he threw a container of mashed potatoes at a customers car over customer frustration.

i don't feel like helping him anymore, screwed me over too many times (last one was a huge one).

3-4 months ago my uncles old tv no longer worked after something fried in the back. made a noise turning on and refused to turn on anymore

(not a big deal but that 4th tv helped me quad console a few games).

ronalds going to bail the farmer's for the tariffs he caused to mess up farmer business other than that. we're unlikely to get anything else but more tariffs.

vampire survivors if i can somehow work through fallout 4 fast enough.

taking my time with it (still have 1 section) to explore. most of the story quests from 4 factions and 2 dlc area's plus various achievements to obtain.

I love my 83 inch LG G4 and would be seriously bummed out to wake up to that

i have a 5 year warranty on my tv. i just have to bite the bullet if mine ever craps out. just get a new one (not too much to spend to get a similar if not better tv).
