July 25th, and survival rates are actually quite well with it, so long as he sticks to his diet, which... well, considering how prone he is to stressing himself out (ex: His wife the other day/Vidcon last month), I wouldn't be that surprised if he regressed back into stress eating.

Can only think of one instance, and that was nearly a decade ago... Got modded for "flaming" for calling the mods uptight (wasn't even for something they did to me either). Then in the appeals section, got told it was "downright stupid" to say that about the mods. Ended ended up getting an admin to admit that it wasn't flaming, but that it wouldn't be overturned and to just pretend it was for "trolling" instead.

On the bright side, almost none of the characters are likeable, so there is no emotional attachment if they die.

Right now, Victor is the only redeemable character. Especially considering that... (spoilers for this season) The husband died in the season opener

Tempted to pick up tier-1 just for DMC (made by the same devs who did Heavenly Sword/Enslaved, and I loved those)... Never played any of the other DMC games though, so don't think I'll have the same hangups a lot of others did with Dante's appearance.

Yea, FFXIII-2 was kind of odd in that, while I did see that it improved upon FFXIII, there was never any strong opinion towards it one way or another

Soooo, looking for an RPG (or open-world) to keep me busy for the next month, and have narrowed it down to the games below. However, they seem to be games that CE, in one way or another, dislikes... So pick the least crappy one?

Tales of Zestiria (considered worst in the Tales series)
Final Fantasy XIII (been told it's super-linear)
Final Fantasy XIII-2 (I'd be skipping the first, and... well, I actually haven't heard anything positive or negative about this one)
Final Fantasy XIII: Lightning Returns (I'd be skipping both of its prequels, and people are against the time mechanic)
Fallout 4 (people loathe the settlement aspect, and find most of the missions boring)
MGS V (Apparently the world is empty, with nothing but animals and repetitive missions)

Compass and quill are so useful they should come equipped standard, tbh. I only took the Compass off for boss fights.

I've actually had the compass off for most of my time with the game so far. It's an inconvenience, sure, but I find the geo-magnet to be much more useful early game. Only just recently re-equipped it (and only because I just bought an extra 2 notches).

The biggest ass-kicking I've received so far in the game has been the dream version of the first boss. Took me 30 minutes and a few different charms to finally be able to do it. Wasn't till a little bit after the boss I got an upgrade that probably would have made it easier >_> the tornado spin.

I remember the story being pretty much non-existant until near the end, but overall it was a very fun game. The combat does take a little getting used to after something like Arkham though, as it requires much more precise timing for the counters (combat is slower, but more impactful)
