Like I said in the previous topic, Arnold's one of my favorite shows ever. The characters were diverse and memorable, the show was funny, and it had touching moments as well. I'm glad to see that it could very well win.

In one episode, the writers actually lampshade this. The kids are watching a show where the characters are animals, and Francine asks something to the effect of, "If they're animals, do they eat bugs?" So I don't think the people on Arthur knew they were animals.

Teen Titans was pretty good as kids shows go, but Avatar was phenomenal. The character development, world-building, storytelling, animation, everything was top-notch. It's gonna be really hard to beat this.

Rugrats was one of the few shows my parents and I could all enjoy watching. It had a fun sense of humor and even gave some witty commentary about parenting. It's one of my favorite shows ever, even if it did go downhill near the end.

Literally my first time logging in in...months...

This forum is is different. I think we just live in a day and age where a lot of people get their more serious information from mediums that promote more visual stuff. It's just easier to find a walkthrough on youtube than read through a walk through or post a question on a forum and wait for a response.

So a lot of what's left on forums are the trolls and fanboys. People who don't have much else--as those who have time constraints use faster mediums--so they can easily troll idly on forums. And people who previously may have talked to through forums only now have plenty of other options staying in touch.

Well-said. YouTube has definitely taken over a number of functions formerly left to people with lots of free time to write.

Yes, I do think forums are becoming less active overall. I sure don't post nearly as much as I did back when I first joined this website an eternity ago.

Hell no. Too many peoplealready doing horrible shit without super powers. I'm not willing to risk giving these sort of people something truly dangerous. Sure, there'd be good people with powers to stop them but with the right power they could do immense damage before they were stopped.

That's my initial reaction. Imagine everyone with laser vision or something like that... Also, wouldn't children have this super power too? Imagine an infant being able to fly before they're potty-trained...

Like the TC, I was hesitant to watch "girl shows" back when PPG was on. I've watched a few episodes as an adult, but they didn't do much for me. I'm sticking with the odd parents.
