I'd suggest going into safe mode with networking, download malwarebytes, update it, and then run its scan

It might just be something with the port itself on the motherboard (so the rest of it could be fine). So that's why I suggest trying to use the DVI port instead and see if you have the same problem

1st of all you don't have a graphics card. Your graphics are integrated into the motherboard/CPU

So I don't really see anything wrong inside.

It looks like you have a DVI connection (the white port) so maybe try that if your monitor has DVI, or get a DVI to VGA adapter

Or try playing with the settings on the computer or TV until it detects the output from HDMI

If the display is still messed up then something happened to your motherboard while the computer was being transported (maybe the solder cracked somewhere after a bump in the road or something). Or possibly your monitor (I would try testing the monitor with another computer if possible)

Another option would be to add a graphics card but most likely it would have to be cheap/low power since pre-built computers typically don't have a power supply with enough output or connectors to add a powerful card.

If you look at your card account online, there should be a line in the account details that says next closing date or next statement date. At this date is when the month rolls over for your card and any balance on the card gets posted to the monthly statement (which is what is reported to the credit bureaus)

If your credit card statement posts with 0% utilization, then that's scored worse than if it had posted with 1-15% (or whatever the first range is).

Bear in mind that the balance posted to the first statement only gets charged interest if it's still there when the next month's statement is posted. So the best practice to using a credit card is to allow any charges to post to the statement, then pay off that entire balance (so you never get charged interest, but the credit card is being utilized in your credit report)
