The level level of a gear meaning you must be this level to use.
And then the rarity level of gear meaning my one legendary shits all over you full common set scrub!
And I assume the level boost does not come with legendarys.

This is completely ridiculous. Who the fuck buys this? Whats the benefit of a higher rank?

In the case of Destiny, getting to rank 40 essentially means you can start doing endgame content, the shit that's actually decent and people actually still play. It's not a great situation, but being able to play with your friends and start grinding light levels, which are what matters for a price isn't a terrible thing to pay for if you simply don't have the time. It's not hard to hit 40 and the content to get there isn't so bad that you should pay, but it's an option people with more time than money I'd say.

But if you are a late beginner wouldjumping into high level content make sense? I mean ya won't have any good leveled gear. You will not be familiar with any skills both your own and enemies. And you would probably have to play lower level content anyways to aquires necessary gear unless people want to carry you

I'm 29 and school lunch was always **** especially in elementary school when there were less options.

Also my fam had to move several times so I had the "pleasure" of experiancing several different school lunchs in my public school life.
