how is the president doing something unconstitutional necessarily equal to "more government," though?

if the president would say "from now on all US government is state-level," that would technically be unconstitutional as the constitution is partly about the powers the federal government should have. from a libertarian perspective that would be a great thing for the president to do, though. states' rights was literally one of the main things ron paul used to campaign for when he was a candidate for the republicans.

the statement has nothing to do with left/right. as NFUN said, the person is saying that if you campaign on insulting people instead of ideas, you shouldn't be a politician.

Doing this one again because I recently found out that one of the genres Wikipedia lists for Sheik Yerbouti is "parody of disco." Obviously they're referring to this song, but I'm pretty sure that's a genre the Wikipedia people decided to make up.

Also makes me wonder why, say, You Are What You Is doesn't list "parody of country" as a genre because of "Harder Than Your Husband." I'm sure there's endless debates on the Wikipedia "View history" pages I could read about this stuff!
