Cecil, Kain, Edge, Rydia, Rosa, Palom&Porom, Yang, Cid, Edward, and Fusoya are as they appear in Final Fantasy IV Advance at max level. They are all equipped with their best character specific gear obtained from completing the Lunar Ruins and all trials from the Cave of Trials as many times as necessary to obtain them, with Fusoya having his starting gear. None of them may cast Death, Break, Tornado, Pig, Toad, Stop, Hold, Confuse, Mini, Berserk, or Teleport. They are invisible to the naked eye until they first attack or are hit. They are subject to clothing damage, as detailed below.

Fetch is as seen in inFamous: First Light with access to all of her skill trees, fully upgraded (with the exception of Enslave). She will always have two sources of neon present (enough to refill her fully, each) at her team's starting position, regardless of the terrain chosen for the fight. She is stunned and unable to move or act for the first five seconds of battle.

Bill Rizer is as he appears in Neo Contra and Contra Rebirth, with all of the weapons he can use in those games, as well as 2 nukes from Contra III, though he doesn't necessarily die in one hit here. (He has 19 extra lives, and when he dies he will respawn at his team's starting point, though without losing any weaponry.)

Jonathan and Charlotte are as they appear at the end of Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin, with all relics. Jonathan is equipped with the True Vampire Killer, Final Sword, Alucard's Spear, Platinum Plate, Winged Boots and Hercules Ring, with all of his sub-weapons mastered. Charlotte is equipped with the Tome of Arms X, Robe Decolette, Silent Sandals and Sorceress Crest, with all of her spells other than summons and Time Stop. They cannot use Dual Crushes.

Ikaruga is as she appears through the Senran Kagura series, with access to all her techniques. She is max level and begins with five Ninja art scrolls, which will regenerate over time, at a similar rate to which they are collected in-game. She is invisible to the naked eye until she first attacks or is hit. She is subject to clothing damage as detailed below, but can restore her clothing's condition with a Shinobi transformation.

What "clothing damage" means:
X will fight in generic t-shirt and shorts in their size, in team colours (unless their clothing is already composed of fabric) and will be subject to Senran Kagura-style fighting conditions; their clothing will be prone to tearing as it takes damage, to the point where enough abuse will leave them naked. At this stage they will be considered out of the fight, regardless of how much health they might actually have left. The change in clothing will not adversely affect the fighting ability of characters that normally rely on it to fight (i.e. Samus may still somehow use her arm cannon). Characters who normally fight without conventional clothing will begin the fight wearing generic t-shirt and shorts in their size. Both teams are aware of the conditions surrounding this mercenary.

Agents, Lightning, Elma, Aigis, and Alice have challenged FFIV, Fetch, Rizer, J&C, Ikaruga, and Kaos to a fight! Location of the fight: Jungle - The first stage of Contra 1. All enemies are missing, with the exception of the unmanned turrets and fortress walls, which are still present and hostile to everyone. Nobody has familiarity with this terrain.

This team starts 30 feet away from the enemy.

The Agents are how they appear in Crackdown 2, with maxed out stats. They have all of their weapons from Crackdown 2. There are two agents acting together as a team. They have brought an Agency Truck. They are subject to clothing damage as detailed below.

Lightning is as she appears in the endgame of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, with a schemata set-up featuring a balance of her strongest physical, magical and debuffing skills and equipment, and with limited use of Curaga. She is cosplaying as Rydia.

Elma is as she is seen in Xenoblade Chronicles X in her mimeosome, a max level Full Metal Jaguar with all of her arts and skills fully upgraded. She has a Verus Cain skell, outfitted with its default Machine Gun, B-Claw, G Buster, SHD-Ray, Lasergun, and Grenade, along with a Beamsaber, Cracker-FL, Minigun, and Shield. She has Haste, Protect, and Shell for the first minute of battle.

Aigis is as she appears in Persona 4 Arena Ultimax with all of her moves available. Pallas Athena also has all of her skills and properties from Persona 3 available. She will always be aware of FFIV's position. She has Haste, Protect, and Shell for the first minute of battle.

Alice is as she appears in Alice: Madness Returns wearing the Checkmate dress and equipped with the Vorpal Cleaver, Octo-grinder, Knightmare, Catnip Cannon, Umbrella and Clockwork Bomb, all fully upgraded. She also has the Ice Wand, Jabberwock's Eye Staff and Blunderbuss from American McGee's Alice, with her will regenerating over time. When near death she will enter Hysteria mode for 20 seconds, but only once.

LoliRock 2-18: I always enjoy Mephisto and Praxina doing the Team Rocket-esque disguise shtick. I like that we got an origin for the lolistep like five episodes after they started singing about it >_>

Shadows in Flight: Beated. Kinda different! I liked it, but it grabbed me the least so far. I'll give Xenocide a shot, but it's gotta come in from another library.

G-Senjou: Road to Glory is great climactic comeback music! ...And BEATED. Man, I'm a sap- I got excited for the kiss when they've already gone all the way before. >_> Very good stuff! On the recommendation of b8 discord, my tentative plan is to do the Mizuha route and ollie out. Now would be a good time to object if you disagree! Anyway this was a very fun game an-Oh. ....well that epilogue was quite a ride, man.

It is at this point that I realize that I am Particularly Into VNs. Planetarian, Clannad, Umineko, F/SN, and Higurashi all have a place on my list of favorite games, and I think G-Senjou managed to solidify its spot there at the end, too. That's a very high success rate, especially considering that most of the VN's I wouldn't consider "favorite" wouldn't miss that mark by much either. I just feel like they can connect emotionally with me in a way that most other games (or media in general) can't, or don't try to. I have become That Weeb.
