So he sent a mass email apology to his customers. Sorry did I say his customers? My bad, I meant his premier and 1k customers, and only them.

I have been a platinum member with these assholes for THREE YEARS and apparently I wasn't deemed good enough to be included in the mass email, nor did any regular frequent flyers, silver frequent flyers, gold frequent flyers or platinum frequent flyers. Only premier and 1k.

This just further reinforces the notion that not all customers are valuable for United. At least I thought I was somewhat valuable given that I have been in the 3rd highest tier for 3 consecutive years. Now I know I'm not worth shit either. This actually makes me feel worse.

I guess that munoz guy is truly a psychopath, therefore he can't empathize with normal people and ends making things worse each time.
