The bright side is that I don't think there are any more characters I really care about so it's just a matter of saving orbs and waiting for the next Neph banner.

Also as an aside I just sent home like 20 units because I was full and they were all Est and Sophia and Barst and I still have five of each

Both the GBA FEs released in the west are indeed on Wii U. I've been playing them lately. They are not, however, available on the 3DS,or any other platform, for that matter. The Sacred Stones thing was a bit of a unique circumstance.

Kuzuma is great, but I'm pretty biased since I usually like the straight man in comedies the most. The voice actor also does that deadpan delivery so well.
