Finally worked when i got 12 points on my NJ license. They gave me a choice, take a defensive driving class and be suspended for a month, or be suspended for 6 months outright. Catch was if i got a single moving violation within a year of taking that class i automatically would lose my license for a year. Haven't gotten a ticket since. Had to be over 4 years ago. That month of having to depend on my gf to drive me everywhere was awful and i never wanted to go thru anything like that again. --- balls |
