With one quadrillion dollars (literally a billion times one million) you wouldn't even have to worry about nukes, you could have your own huge mega secret deep underground base, so deep and so fortified no known technology could penetrate or assault it, with outer lead walls thick enough to keep out all the radiation in the world, and advanced technology to literally make goddamn fresh water from hydrogen and oxygen, advanced technologies to either manufacture fresh oxygen or filter outside sources, and like 100 lifetimes worth of food and entertainment and other amenities, and you would still have god knows how many billions or trillions left over. Even if the entire world went to hell in fallout (the game) esque all out nuclear war, you would never even miss a beat or feel or see the effects of it. Consoles are gonna be dead in the next gen or two and replaced with set top pc boxes that can be upgraded in a modular manner and have their storage also be very modular so they can be moved to the next modular box once its reached the end of its upgrade life cycle which will hopefully be like ten year windows. Consoles release now completely obsolete yet have redic asking prices at launch. Its a business model thats sinking in quick sand. They can release scorpio for dirt cheap and it wont matter cuz they have no killer apps or exclusives and xbox one is only 4 years old. Aside from that, no one with any sense wants to have to get a new console every five years at the prices they launch at, its ludicrous.
