He clowns every antagonist from Dragon Ball because Kryptonian bases are on a different level than Saiyan bases. If for whatever reason Raditz and later Vegeta and Nappa show up, he handily beats them too. They would never need to go to Namek because the they'd never get an opportunity to kill him. In fact there really wouldn't be a difficult fight until Cell since he'd presumably get Kal's DNA now (assuming Gero could get a sample from a man who might not have actually bled yet). Even then Cell probably can't become perfect since Kal would have taken care of 17 and 18. So he still wouldn't be much a threat. Babidi would be the next threat but without Vegeta to possess he is likely never generating enough energy to awaken Buu. Goku would be raised as a normal, but strong farmboy by the Kents until they are inevitably killed when he Great Apes. He'd get moved into child services and keep getting people killed until one of the older heroes (like the JSA or Zatara) finally shows up during a Great Ape event and stops the situation. They'd take Goku into custody and figure out his deal. From that point he'd probably be raised in the care of some heroes. He'd become a decent hero in his own right, but unless he ended up training extensively with martial artists and regularly got challenged, he'd never become as strong as he does in DBZ.
