Not everytime I talk to someone I get anxiety. Sometimes I'm laid back and calm. It also explains why I love leadership opportunities and suddenly have loads of confidence which is super uncharacteristic for me.

My anxiety is control based. Whenever I don't have control over a situation, say, meeting new people at random, I freak out. But if it were a planned/expected meeting, like talking to the new coworker, I'm fine.

I can attribute all of my panic attacks to lack of control, and I only came to this realization last week, after dealing with anxiety my entire life.

I probably don't make any sense and you probably don't care, but it's kinda theraputic to type out my thoughts like this.

You'd never know I have anxiety or depression if you met me on my meds. They help conceal those problems

I've been taking the pill since I was 17 or so... I never really considered anything else because it works so well for me. I don't worry about taking it at the same time everyday or anything like that.
