Look up the defination of "harbouring a fugitive". Under Federal law to commit the crime of "harbouring a fugitive", there needs to be a warrant out for the criminal arrest. Sanctuary cities can not refuse to keep a person in jail if they there is a warrant for there arrest.

No it's not, statistical analysis has shown it's quite accurate other then being rounded to two digits.

One thing I recommend is to not do all the side quests. The games has tonnes and quite a lot of them just aren't worth the time it takes to do them.

Well I've finally got around to doing Trails in the Sky 3rd. So that's the all three in the Trails in the Sky games done. I played on Normal mode as I couldn't remember how hard I found the games. I should of at least played Hard mode as Normal was quite easy. The descriptions I read about it made it seem kind of crappy, but I liked it quite a lot.

I'll play Cold Steel next. I wish I knew it was being released on PC back when I bought the Vita version as I would have just got
it on PC instead.

As a side note does anyone know if there's been any news on whether XSeed is bringing over Zero no Kiseki and Ao no Kiseki?

It's because the parents are using the mall as a glorified babysitter that they don't have to pay for. The mall doesn't actually make any money off of having a bunch of teenagers idling around everywhere.

The point is that narrowing it down to two clearly opposite parties makes for an easier vote than having ten options where you may have no idea what you can deal with (i.e. Building a wall vs. not building a wall sounds much simpler).

I wouldn't even mind that so much if it weren't for the fact that the internet is for lack of a better phrase being "region locked" and even if you do want to pay or access something, such as say an episode of a show on youtube or amazon, nope you have to be in America to see it. Or rather, your IP address has to be an American one, even if you're American in the first place but happen to live somewhere else at the moment.

I agree with this alot. One thing that particular annoys me is when it's a paid service, and it tells you what you can get, but doesn't warn you that you can't get it in your region.
