Some other areas France occupied had these tax laws too, but it's most commonly found in Vietnam.

Shanghai is a good example. The French concession area still has housing from that period.

all 3 of them are in what looks like an ally, one cop puts the red can down and covers it. all 3 cops leave the ally and head to the main street...then one of them randomly is all like "im gonna go check this thing brb", goes STRAIGHT for the red can he was already holding and magically finds drugs in it that they attributed to an innocent man...The sound on their cams also COINCIDENTALLY goes back on after the drop was made and the one cop acts like its the first time he's going into that ally. You can see his hand messing with it after they exit, sound comes on and his hands go out of frame.

Also, the body cams record 30 seconds prior (w/o sound) to activation. Dumb cop thought he was being clever by turning the camera on after planting the drugs.

Hate to say it but even the most loyal and obedient dogs have a tendency to wander off as they get elderly (12 years is a very long lifespan for a chihuahua) and hate to say this even more but it almost always means they're very close to passing.

Had 17 year old dog continually wander off and one time had to retrieve from a shelter. She died less than a week later. Vet told us it's an evolutionary thing that dogs wander off to die in seclusion once chronic pain or lack of appetite set in. Sad but kinda noble.

Hope you find your dog though TC, and get to spend quality time with.

I've honestly never have seen the appeal of black hole sun. Good voice, good performance, good musicians.

But the song while depressing doesn't hit the bottom, the lyics are impersonal, the chorus is overdone and predictable. It's not happy its not sad, its just annoying on some level. I think it's the eq of the guitar that's so off setting, accompanied by the drudgery of the chorus and the monotany of the verses, which shares the same slow slugging.

If songs were colors it would be like a bland shit stain smear, with the colors related to green set to a hue without spectacular brocoli or grass green, but more of a dying yellow brownish leaf green.

I've tried to enjoy it, but overall as much as I have I just think it's a bad song.
