The only thing I really like from there right now are the fries, but that's at least partially because the ones near me are never consistent with their chicken - sometimes it'll be really crispy and fresh, but then there are times where it'll be soggy and disgusting, like it was sitting around for half of the day (even when I go during dinner hours). I don't even bother with them any more because the latter situation occurs more often than not now.

I loved their McNuggets when I was growing up, though, and I always dipped them in honey, of all things. I wonder if they even still offer it - at least 25 years ago, they had it in packets that were basically the same as the ones they use for other sauces, except shallower. I almost want some now, after talking about it.

Conquest was loads better than Birthright (I gotta fight Corrin even though I just killed Elise by accident BECAUSE) and Corrin isn't as much of a goody goody as she was in Birthright as well.

I'm not going to get into a debate about this, given that it's largely a matter of opinion and no one's going to win - not to mention it's been done to death, and then some. There are plenty of people who like it, and plenty who hate it. Heck, even in this small thread, there are people on both sides.

Conquest's story was so awful that I consider it my least favorite in the series, gameplay be damned. Hell, it may have one of the worst stories of any video game I've played, period. I don't even consider myself to have high standards when it comes to story, seeing as I've played every single game in the series and Conquest is the only one that I dislike so strongly - though to be fair, Birthright and Revelation had some pretty terrible story moments of their own (they just weren't quite as often or consistent).

If I had to rank my favorites from the 3DS, it'd probably go Awakening > Echoes >>> Revelation > Birthright > Conquest. If we're including other systems and limiting it to just the English releases, I'd personally recommend Path of Radiance, Sacred Stones, or Fire Emblem (i.e. Blazing Blade/Rekka no Ken) before Fates, but I know that's not feasible for a lot of people. I've noticed that opinions tend to be all over the place when it comes to this series, though, so good luck, and if you go with Conquest, I really hope you enjoy it more than I did.

I don't know how to describe mine in relation to any of those images; the end of the pencil rests between the ends of my middle and pointer fingers, while my thumb rests on top and along the length of the pencil (the eraser end of the pencil rests on the gap between my thumb and pointer finger as a result). I guess that's closest to J, but with a tighter grip between my thumb and pointer finger.

I enjoy spicy food, but the problem for me is that I often don't like the flavor that a lot of hot sauces and other things that give food that spiciness have. It really makes me appreciate the few things I've found that are still spicy without the strange flavors.

Back in the fifth grade here, our school system had a spelling contest where they had the four best students from each school play against each other. My team lost in the first round because my teammates were screwing up the simplest words, such as spelling 'angel' as 'angle'. I kind of wish I could watch the recording of the match today, because I remember shaking my head and giving "What the hell?" gestures every time they did it. I felt like such a jerk at the time, but I bet it'd be hilarious to watch from an adult's perspective.

I've been keeping an eye on this ever since she was first reported missing last month and it's been driving me a bit crazy with how they've been unable to find her so far. For a while, I was hoping that she could still be alive, but it's been so long now that there's no chance that she's alive. Oh, and surprising news: the suspect evidently pleaded not guilty today, at least according to a few articles I've seen online:

At least the dispute process is simple.

Thank god, yes, but the stressful part for me is the fact that I still have to wait for them to investigate and make sure that I'm not trying to pull a fast one on them, meaning that all of the fraudulent charges are still posted on my account for the time being. My card's deactivated and luckily I don't have any bills left for this month that I need to pay with it, so I should be fine until I get a new one, but I'm still going to be on pins and needles, worried that they won't actually take off all of the charges, until it actually goes through.

Luckily this wasn't a bank account, because I've heard that disputing fraud with those is much, much worse. Credit card companies seem to be a lot easier to deal with when it comes to these things. I don't even have a debit card because I'm especially worried about someone getting access to my checking account.

I've actually had it happen to me in the past, but normally my credit card company's good about catching it and alerting me before any damage is done. Not this time, it seems. I just logged on to my account to pay my monthly bill and it turns out that someone's racked up almost $1300 in charges in the past two weeks. The kicker is that these charges are all over the country, from Florida to Washington, and yet somehow my credit card company didn't think it was suspicious enough to alert me. I'm someone who likes to stay at home and rarely spends much, too, and the purchases these bastards made were not at all similar to my normal spending habits.

Luckily it's easy to dispute charges online nowadays, at least, as I've already taken care of all of it and I didn't even have to sit on the phone for an hour with someone I can barely understand. Now I just have to sit tight and wait for it all to go through, but the fact that I'm staring at a bill asking me to pay over $900 right now is a little stressful. Some background info on me is that I have almost $45,000 in college debt, yet I ended up graduating in General Studies after failing at my original major, and to top it all off, I started developing a problem with my neck around two years ago that prevents me from anything physically demanding on a regular basis any more. Not only has this basically helped spiral me into depression over the thought of my body not being capable of doing normal things any more, I've had to quit the jobs I enjoyed because of it, and I've been having a hell of a time finding anything that will pay me a living wage ever since. I currently have roughly $3,000 left in my bank account, so I live with my parents as a result, and now I have to deal with the fact that some selfish bastard somehow stole my credit card information and lived things up at my expense. I hope they rot in hell.

I'm still angry at my credit card company, too, for not alerting me to this. I've cut back tremendously on my spending habits, so this should have raised a huge red flag. Have any of you had to go through this? And of course, I wonder how they grabbed my information in the first place. I'm generally cautious with my card and even use virtual account numbers for a lot of my online purchases, so this is just great. Time to become obsessive and check my credit card statement every day for the rest of my life. Looks like I won't be getting any sleep tonight, either.

That's mostly how I feel; I didn't hate it, but it never grabbed my attention whenever I tried to watch it. It probably didn't help that for whatever reason, my cable provider didn't have Cartoon Network as part of the package my parents had until I was 13 or so. Thankfully they had Nickelodeon, though, so I got to grow up watching the likes of Rugrats and Hey Arnold instead.

As far as I know, no one knows what the upcoming banner is because it's not in the game's files to be datamined. Almost everyone's expecting it to be Celica and three of her teammates to continue to promote Gaiden/Shadow's upcoming release, though. I think the upcoming arena bonus hero list was actually tweeted by Heroes' official Twitter, though I usually keep on top of most announcements by checking out the Fire Emblem Heroes subreddit every once in a while. Even the users on the dedicated board here on GameFAQs are usually pretty good at keeping everyone up to date, too.

I'm just quietly hoarding my orbs for now. None of the Gaiden characters have ever really spoken to me (which isn't hard to understand if you've ever played the original) and after dropping lord knows how much on the Spring banner and not receiving what I wanted, I'm going to save as many orbs as I can in hopes that I can pull the characters I actually like, because if the last banner was any indication, it's going to take 400 of them. I'm up to 60 right now, at least, though I've long completed all of the available quests and have to rely on the daily rewards for now.

That all being said, I'm looking forward to pulling another 20+ Odins, Bartes, Barsts, Gunters, Hanas, etc. in the next non-Gaiden banner (I say that because it's almost guaranteed that the next one will be Celica's group, and I'll be ignoring it, too).

That's a trailer for the upcoming banner that's coming out on the 14th, which is - surprise! - full of Gaiden characters. There's also a teaser for the related paralogue at the end. Strangely enough, Celica isn't a part of the banner, which surprises me; you'd think she'd be great bait for people to spend their money. Here's a list of the characters in the banner, by the way:

Alm: Red (Sword)
Clair - Blue (Spear, Pegasus)
Lukas - Blue (Spear)
Faye - Colorless (Bow)

I'm not really interested in any of them (though I like what little I heard of Clair's voice, at least), so I may very well skip this banner and wait until I can just more easily pull these characters as 4 stars down the road. Gaiden never left much of an impression on me, for hopefully obvious reasons (i.e. it was an NES game and there was very, very little character development. not to mention the gameplay was very weird compared to other games in the series).

Linde's amazing due to her high attack and speed stats. Her book isn't even inheritable, anyway, nor is it even considered that great. I assume most give her Odin's tome (Blárblade) nowadays, since the -blade tome users can be buffed up to do insane amounts of damage.

Oh boy, they've already given us the gauntlet rewards for meeting the vote goal. I'd actually forgotten about them until now. This brings me to exactly 40 orbs, but I think I'll continue to hold on to them for now, seeing as I already spent hundreds of them on the spring banner and never pulled Lucia, yet pulled four Xanders. The collector/Fire Emblem fan in me wants to get all of the limited-time heroes, but I've come to terms with it not happening by now.

In case some of you aren't actually paying attention to reddit or even the Fire Emblem Heroes board that's here, they've also found data for an upcoming Gaiden/Shadows of Valentia paralogue in the game's files. That's not surprising at all, either, given that the game releases in Japan in just eight days now. Seems like the upcoming summoning banner is all but guaranteed to be that, as many suspected.

The problem with the wyvern banner is that it's not unlikely for you to run into a summoning session where there's one or even no green orbs at all. They're rarer than the other colors.

I only have 15 right now, and despite not having a spring Lucina, I don't plan on drawing from anything else until the new banner arrives. I hope they announce who's in it ahead of time again so I can go ahead and try the spring banner one last time if it turns out the new characters are ones I don't really like or have terrible art (poor Rebecca). Actually, now that I think about it, it wouldn't be surprising if it turned out to be Gaiden characters thanks to Echoes releasing in Japan in twelve days or so. Seeing as how just about everyone in Gaiden had the personality of cardboard (and I of course haven't had the ability to play Echoes yet, so I can't see how well they've updated everyone yet), I probably will skip it if that's the case, as no one in that game ever really meant much to me.

The orb drought is pretty painful right now, that's for sure, and I hate thinking about how those 10 orbs we received for the Twitter quiz don't seem as great after we've passed five days without the old 2 orb daily bonus.

I once pulled two 5 star Roys back-to-back, in the same batch. That was slightly annoying, especially since it was within the first few weeks of the game's life and I wanted more variety. Though it wasn't in the same batch, I once pulled a 5* Sanaki, stopped summoning for a while, and then pulled another one from literally the next orb I pulled. What was especially annoying about that was that I had already dumped a ton of orbs trying to get her before that happened, but at least the second one had a much better boon/bane.

Is anyone playing on Subaki's team this round? I was previously on Beruka's and now I'm on his, but I'd like to add a friend or two who has a good unit to share - I just deleted someone on my list who sent me a level 1 carrot Xander. Not sure if that was their idea of a joke or if they haven't been paying attention, but I only won thanks to a random Jaffar.

I think I'm going to just hoard everything I have right now, though, in hopes that the characters they're likely going to release after the spring banner are ones that I like.

Reposition is especially useful on fliers because they can position themselves on otherwise impassable terrain (mountains, rivers, etc.) and fling teammates over them.

Even with normal amounts of sleep, I'm ranked 94 in Beruka's army. Shows that there aren't many people pushing for her. If I'd known that I'd jump up nearly 400 ranks just by using a few flags, I'd have saved more of them for the next round (assuming flags carry over) since everyone ranked 1 to 1000 gets the same amount of feathers. Oh well.

As for Navarre's map, it feels like it's the easiest of the GHB to break, but you still need very specific units to do it. I literally killed everyone but two units by the end of their first attack phase by positioning Kagero in the trees to the south while killing the axe user on my first turn. Everyone else that could reach her ran up and died to her during their phase.

You had the best character in the game, one that can counter at any distance, on your team. That is one immaculate strategy you've implemented chap.

I'm supporting Beruka in the gauntlet and the one person on my friends list that's on my side is giving me a Hector, and he's literally won 90% of my matches on his own. Lets me use the mostly useless Beruka to get those extra votes without worry.

I really wanted Sanaki and literally pulled her twice in a row. That was a good day. I figure that means I've used up all of my good luck and will be doomed to pulling units like Xander from now on, though.

Looking back, I'm glad I pulled her so early in the game's life, as someone pointed out that it's much harder to pull her nowadays, what with all of the units that have been added to the game since then. You can really apply that to anyone you want, really, but the point remains. What's especially painful about trying to pull for her is the fact that almost all of the colorless units are seen as weak when compared to everyone else.

Kagero makes Arena a joke - I used mine for the first time this week and completed my first no-death run thanks to how she murders 90% of the competition. The characters I use don't have the highest amount of stats, though (Kagero, Eirika, Nino, and Azura), so I ended up with 4,382 points by the time it was all said and done. That currently puts me at rank 4,400, so we'll see how far I slip by the end of the week. It's been a long time since I actually placed anything higher than 50,000+, though, since I never prioritize stat totals or worry about losing units. I believe I normally had somewhere between 4,100 and 4,200 points in the past, so I'll be interested to find out how much those extra 100-200 points matter.

I've had my Kagero since launch, though - pulled her as a 4 star and trained her up and promoted her after it became clear how great she was. It helps that mine is +SPD -DEF, too, which is one of her better natures, seeing as how she's already made of tissue paper and that extra speed helps her double more easily, especially after I gave her Fury 3.

I had a $25 gift card, so I went ahead and bought more orbs with it. I was trying to pull from the wyvern banner at first, but there were literally no green orbs in most of my attempts and I was pulling characters like Barst for the hundredth time when they actually did show up, so I switched back over the the Spring banner to try to get Lucina again. Pulled my fourth Xander instead. Cripes.

I figured that there wouldn't be any new tower quests, but I'm still a little disappointed that we're back to the one daily '20 kills' orb. I'd like to try to get bunny Lucina before the banner ends, and losing those extra two orbs a day is going to make it much tougher to accomplish. On the other hand, though, the wyvern and pegasus knight banners that went live today are tempting me, too - I still don't have Hinoka, Cordelia, or Minerva. The fact that I may pull Subaki is keeping me in check, thankfully.
