As fast food goes, Five Guys and Byron are edging each other for top-spec burgers. I love them. I never understood the complaint that they were too expensive. You can buy a £6 steak in a shitty pub, or pay £30 for one in a Michelin-starred restaurant. It's not hard to fathom which one would be a better meal.

I'm a very casual fan of WWE but I do enjoy watching John Cena. He puts a lot of effort into what he does - I am by no means someone who can commentate on wrestling storylines and abilities etc, but I have a lot of respect for guys like John Cena, The Miz, Dolph Ziggler etc. The guys who put a lot of effort into what they do.

Fun fact, I met John Cena on an aeroplane once. We were both flying in first class, he had two, er, chaperones with him. I smiled at him (didn't realise who he was), and it was only about an hour into the flight did a young kid burst through the curtain and shout "JOHN CEEENAA! Please can I have a photo and an autograph???!"

I walked past him a little later to go for a wee and just said "excuse me, you're John Cena from WWE, right?" He replied "yes sir, the 'can't see me guy'. A pleasure." I politely replied complimenting his efforts on TV and wished him luck.

Amazingly, it actually kind of is. All credit to myspace, they could have just shitcanned all of our old profiles (I last visited in 2006, bloody hell that was 11 years ago) but they've preserved them as a memento of times gone by.

I'm off to go and explore young L&T. Amazingly my Top 8 are still there! One has been downgraded from a best friend to an acquaintance, two I never speak to any more, one has vanished but the other 4 are still my closest friends. Nice to see some friendships have lasted all these years.

Facebook and logic don't work very well. Like there's no way to turn off the stories or whatever it is if you swipe left. Not a problem for right handers. I might spend an extra hundo or so on a PC but it's all gold star warrantied so I can use and abuse to my heart's content. I remember the first one of these Alienwares I had, I spent days overclocking it to fuck and eventually the whole thing melted into itself. Alienware delivered a brand new PC in three days. Funnily enough I moaned how one of the now 5 year old 1TB HDDs is running a little slow a week or two ago and I currently have a brand new 2TB HDD sat in a box awaiting installation.

The machines may be expensive to buy but the customer service is great. If you asked HP to replace a 5 year old hard drive, they'd just tell you where to shove the SATA cable.

I'd like to replace the 24" with a larger screen - I've just bought some Logitech Z623 speakers (2.1 THX speakers, they're amazingly powerful for the size), bought a Razer controller for the PC, and running an Alienware rig. Budget for a new screen is £400/$600. Any suggestions? Just after a bigger screen with crisp detail. I have a Toshiba 32" in the spare room but it's a TV so the resolution is terrible.

Buy-to-let mortgage rates are much higher than private buyers, and you'll need to make sure the property has the relevant insurance (house insurance might be quite pricey for short term rentals). Also, in the UK, you need to submit planning permission to turn the house into a short term rental property, which obviously the neighbours have every right to object to (not sure how it works in the US).

Don't forget you'll need to pay for upkeep of the property, any issues that arise (short term renters tend not to treat things as gently as long-termers) and keep on top of gas, water, electricity bills etc. Again, if your tenant is only staying for a few days then they won't care about running the heating 24/7 or leaving all the lights on. You will, however.

I own and rent out a property btw, although mine's long term and managed through an agent. I pay them a 10% management fee and they take care of all of the property inspections, safety certs, any maintenance issues etc - I just pay the bills.

It's not as lucrative as you might think.

Unless it'd cause my car damage, then no. Animals tend to have a habit of jumping out in front of a car with very little time to react. Would I swerve and bin my car like most people do? No. Would I hit the animal instead? Yes. I don't plan my life on going out and driving into bison, but if the only damage is to an animal and myself, rather than an uncontrollable slide that may knock out several adults, children, pregnant women, animals and apache helicopters, then I'll go for the former option.

I usually get given the bill. With my ex we used to have an agreement that whoever drove didn't pay, and the non-driver got to enjoy all the beer/wine they wanted. Win win for me as she felt homesick after three glasses of wine, so I had to drive home swiftly where I could drink to my heart's content.

Interestingly most male waiters would ask who was paying the bill, whereas female waitresses would just throw the bill my way and ask the missus if she wanted dessert. More than once did I see a masked snarl when they found out she was paying.

I suspect I am probably on some angry SJW feminist forum because some non-sexually active "womyn" saw me with a female in a restauraunt, where I pulled up in an Aston Martin yet made her pay for dinner.

Just for amusement, I once let her drive my car (I had a Porsche 911 at the time) to a dinner date. I followed in her Cooper S and couldn't believe how much attention she got. Even she came away a little disappointed that she was only seen that way because she was in a nice car.

Reminded me of someone repeating your phone number to you in different groups of numbers. So you tell them your number is 07973, 373, 007 and they repeat 07, 97, 337, 330, 7. Very annoying and makes you question your own fucking phone number.
