Did not age well and probably the most over rated game of all time. The thing with Skyrim is I just might not like that style of RPG. I don't understand the appeal, but it is something different. I perfectly understand the appeal of a turn based, story driven, JRPG. Those are some of my favorite games of all time. Either someone would have to explain why the story/characters/whatever appealed to them SO much on a personal level that they consider it the GOAT RPG, or they just have to admit it's nostalgia. The only way you like it if you played it as your first 3D RPG and you were like 12. Playing it now? When there have been so many great RPGs? The closest thing is that I regret getting it so soon, but even then it's more like "Well in hindsight I probably would have been fine waiting a few years to play this." I think it was a gift anyway and the price now hasn't even dropped far from the original $50 (for the GC version). You can say ones that just disspointed you. The combat is just annoying since all the characters other than tanks are insanely frail and the characters are just stale anime clichés.
