Once technology evolves to the point where video games can reasonably include such detail so as to enhance the overall experience for the gamer, I'm sure we won't have to wonder about these things anymore. Of course, once the era of detailed video game character genitalia arrives, we will see some push-back from the STD crowd to include more characters who have STDs. And that would make sense, really. Honestly, it could only add depth to an RPG. In fact, I'd like to see more RPG characters with STDs in games before we even get to that point. The developers could just add an extra line to characters' dialogue. "Hello, my name is Cloud. One cool fact about me is that I have genital herpes."

In Fable 2 you could collect STD's.

It would be more useful than the original wall, but it would explode the costs incredibly along with having to build different stations to store the energy from the solar panels. And the wall is already a complete waste of money that is just all for show.

If you are serious about stopping illegal immigration you would hire more patrol agents and invest in technology. Not build a wall that people can always go over or under.

You would also want a successful Mexico because than less people would emigrate over to the US.

That and improve the passports and green cards since expired shit like that is the source for illegal immigration.
