Is your only option to just quit? I tried to change departments, but the boss of the other department denied it because he wanted to stay "within a budget". My boss has always been a bi-polar pissy shit, but after I tried to change departments he has been going out of his way to be rude to me. The other guys there see it too, but won't do anything for fear of their own jobs.

Well 1 isn't very friendly. He isn't mean or anything, but he is just odd and awkward to talk to or deal with. 2 is very nice and talkative and gets along with most everyone. So... There are some things about 2 that are good.

1. A quiet yet effective worker. He doesn't fit in very well with the other workers. He doesn't cause any issues, but doesn't join in "buddy" or "guy" talk. He gets all of his work done during the day. He doesn't like to do any over-time and will only do it if it is absolutely necessary. A get in and get out kind of guy, he leaves RIGHT at the 8 hour mark.


2. A very talkative guy. He likes to tell almost every detail of his life to anyone and everyone that will listen. While he does "work" he does so at a very slow pace. He is friendly and easy going. He will inadvertently or purposely take a lot longer on a job or task. He loves to stay and get "over-time" to tell more stories and laugh with his buddies. Since he spends a lot of his time talking he doesn't remember how to do certain tasks and will continuously get help from other workers, which is also a perfect time to tell more stories. He is a slow less effective worker, but he will do over-time most days and is very easy to talk to.


Which person would you pick to work with or if you are a boss type person what one would you hire?

Those are all horrible options. Godlike cypher was really good. You will get really bored of your guy if all they do is auto attack.. I would make some kind of caster. My 2nd play is a tank bard. There are guides for classes in steam forums.
