If you are referring to the manga pages popping up, that is all added by the video creator to show they used the manga to reference things they used in the game.

Symphonia is good, regarded as the FF7 of the series

Abyss is regarded as good

Syphonia 2 is the black sheep of the series, critically panned but playable

Vesperia is the best in the series

Graces F is trash, except for its combat

Xillia is unpolished, but still good

Xillia 2 has the best gameplay, but the worst story

Zesteria is regarded as the worst Tales in the past 14 years or whatever

Berseria is good, and is regarded as the best game since Syphonia/ Abyss/ Vesperia
