Yup. That and a feeling of boredom. Some games I play for hours, others for minutes, and I'm already bored.

I've definitely noticed games that have a lot of filler content to pad the length more since I don't have as much for gaming these days. I have less patience for those kind of games.

I feel like I have to be a little more picky when deciding which games to play as well. I just finished Watch Dogs 2 last weekend and that probably took me two and a half months since I only really play a few hours a week. A game like The Witcher 3 is apparently amazing but everyone I know always says it's the kind of game you can spend 100+ hours playing and still not see everything. That used to be a good thing but now I just don't have time for that, I'd be playing it for the next two years lol.

Not really. I care in the sense that I will check who won after the fact, and Mayweather is a genuinely terrible person so I would love it if McGregor kicked his ass as improbable as that seems, but I haven't given it much thought and I won't bother watching.

Not much love for The Mask? Though honestly he was crushing it in the 90s.

I sorta liked him in dramatic roles like Eternal Sunshine, Man On The Moon, and Truman Show. I know he did some others that weren't as good (The Number 23...), but I would've liked to see what else he could do with serious characters. He was recently on Kimmel promoting a new series that he's producing and honestly it doesn't seem like he's all that interested in acting anymore, though.

Can the PS4 play PS1 games like the PS3?

No, and for some reason even the digital versions only run on the PS3 afaik. It makes no sense...

That said, I'd go for PS4 because of the exclusives. I don't think the Pro/X are really worth it unless you have/plan on getting a 4K TV and the graphics difference is a big deal for you. I know for the PS4 at least it's really easy to upgrade the hard drive yourself or use an external drive.

In terms of games, Uncharted 4 and Horizon Zero Dawn are phenomenal. I'd also recommend Until Dawn which is like a choose your own adventure horror game, it's actually the free PS+ game for this month as well but totally worth the $5-10 it sells for these days otherwise.

Oh wow, I literally just watched Get Out tonight. Thought it was really good, I liked that the story was creepy without relying on gore or an over abundance of jump scares, and I was into the mystery of figuring out what was going on. Also loved Chris' friend Rod the TSA guy, amazing character. :p

Isn't he a demon or something at this point? I feel like the later movies went in that direction to justify him coming back over and over.

I had an awkward encounter with JonTron a few weeks ago. He apparently lives in NYC, and was coming out of a coffee shop or something with another guy as I was walking past. I recognized him and said, "JonTron?" without really thinking. He stopped and I got the sense he was preparing for like a fan encounter. My husband asked who that was, and the best explanation I could come up with was, "this alt-right gaming YouTube guy." This was only like few weeks after he had that whole thing blow up on him so that was still fresh in my mind, I guess. The three of us exchanged awkward looks and walked away after that lol.

LOL

Sucks that you got to meet Jon only after he went crazy. Before then, I thought he would've been among the coolest YouTubers to talk to. But after it? I probably would have been as awkward as you in that situation.

Or at least after he made his crazy public, anyway. But yeah, I've seen enough of his videos and he seemed nice enough, but I was pretty turned off by his comments. It was just so unexpected to run into him on the street that I didn't process it until after saying something.

Is Jontron the one that said all the racist stuff?

Do people really need that much tv to watch though? I spend $12 a month on Netflix and they have more shows than I have time for.

I'm even planning to "splurge" for a few months on HBO Now when Game of Thrones returns, and using that time to catch up on Veep, Silicon Valley, Animals, etc. at the same time. Even then, that's less than $30 for all the shows I could ever want.

Sure, it'd be nice if one service had everything, but that was cable and people realized they were paying for shit they never watched. Now you can have two or three streaming services and pay half of what cable would cost, and have the option to cancel it and switch to a different one at pretty much any time as well.
