Most the time people use stamps combined with cash. They also pay cash for other needs. 2. You seem to be a pro at that... Their prerogative on what they want to get. They're stuck spending the same amount either way since it's a fixed amount they can spend. If they get name brand and can purchase less items what does it matter? 3.
