I had rice yesterday. If you want my honest opinion its three particular things right now: 1. Out of everything but water and milk, so I'm getting no caloric value from liquid form. And I have to save the rest of my milk for my whey shakes. 2. I think this whey that I bought on sale is just less calorically dense and general, as my way has only started going down since I bought. 3. I have worked second shift the past 3 days, so I effectively only eat: 2 eggs, 3 pieces of turkey bacon, and a protein bar for breakfast Half a chicken breast, rice, and green beans for lunch Two peanut butter and honey sandwhiches, and some lunchbox snacks for work One 1000 calorie 80g protein shake --- 3DS FC: 4312 - 9992 - 0441 |
