| XxKrebsxX 05/31/17 1:41:18 AM #10 | Disney is horrible. As someone who worked there as a teenager and as someone who has friends that still work there as young adults, the company is shit. They treat their employees god awful. All employees are behind the scenes miserable. They do jack shit for their employees. Here's an example. At Disney, an employee goes to lunch and gets fries and a burger for 7.50 after their employee discount. At Universal Studios or Islands of Adventures an employee gets fried, burger, a drink, and desert for 3.50. Not to mention Disney tries to micromanage everyone's appearance whol Universal doesn't. Lastly, Universal ONLY drug tests for safety positions. Disney drug tests if you apply as a fucking janitor. I had great memories working for Universal. All I have is hate working for Disney. Next time you go to Disney, check how many employees have a University name tag. They all belong to Disney's "college program" that basically exists as slave labor and forced OT hours without paying OT. You'll find them hating life in Vista Way, The Commons, Chatham Square, and Patterson Court off site housing. By the by, if you're ever in Orlando, look those properties up if you want easy sex with international girls. Seriously, the makeup for the Disney College Program is 75% female and 25% male and half of the males are gay. Vista Way was voted highly in party campuses and earned the nickname "Vista Lay". |
