I believe in the inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all human beings. Preventing unwanted pregnancies is probably the most effective way of preventing abortion from even becoming an issue and it's pretty well demonstrated that states restrictive on sex ed have much higher abortion rates due to a larger number of unwanted pregnancies.

I think Sanders is probably a little too far to the left for the American populace unless he went against a campaign as messy as Trump's. A lot of Trump's advantages probably wouldn't have worked in his favor (less security in Midwest, less abstaining voter, bigger turnout among millennials, all things Clinton had trouble with that Trump took advantage off)

But Kasich was moderate enough that I think he probably would've won. Not sure by how much, but I'm thinking "lean Republican" election.

fwiw "S-Tier" is pretty much Bayonetta, Cloud, Diddy, & Sheik. Current 4BR list is outdated but results pretty strongly have coincided with this idea for nearly a year. They are the most common characters, have the best options, and have the best results. None are oppressively good outside of low-tier matchups but all are a slight step up from the rest of the cast.

But I think Falcon is better than Lucario, Villager, Toon Link, Meta Knight and Peach at the very least. Posssibly Mega Man too. There's a lot of artifact tier placement that doesn't account for steep declines. In Lucario's case, he's just too inconsistent (mechanically) to be as high as he is.

I mean he's just straight-up combo food for so many characters at the top. Falcon can do a LOT and rides hard on momentum but:

-He can get destroyed just as easily as he rolls things over. He can get suffocated by projectiles, he's combo food in a game where most top tiers have relentless combo games, he can get pressed hard in disadvantage, etc.

-His recovery is very exploitable and Fatality really walks on a thin line with the best possible recoveries he can pull off, which are impressive, but demonstrate just how far you have to go to squeeze out just a little of Falcon's recovery.

Per results h'es 15-20ish (which is also where Fatality hits on average with player rankings) but a bad bracket can sink Falcon really badly. There are a lot of characters in the 25-15 range that suffer horribly from bracket luck. Peach, Lucario, heavyweights, etc. can all look god-like until they run into a 40-60 matchup (or worse) that ruins their day.

The recap isn't a part of the story.

The entire reason for that moment to carry impact is that it's something that's a running idea in the novels whereas it was a one-off scene from the first season of the show. Good scene? Absolutely, but it wasn't translated as a running theme as to why Tyrion hated Tywin. It would've come off as clunky and abrupt if they adapted it that way. It would have been bad writing because the mediums aren't the same.

The line makes perfect sense considering the context of Tyrion's relationship with Shae anyways.

They barely ever established Tysha in the show as a running plot point and without the benefit of a novel format where introspection is easy to depict it'd be very hard to adapt that at all. Nothing about the writing there was bad. Season 5 is where the writing became way more wobbly.

My opinion:

-Naturalize existing illegal immigrants who have been here 5-10 years with clean records. I feel that productive members of society shouldn't be pushed out.

-Strengthen border security heavily during this period and be aggressive towards future illegal immigration - immediate deportations, etc.

-Fix drug problem by legalizing drugs (to put a stopper on cartel revenue) and work closely with Mexican government to stamp out cartels.

The idea is basically to;

-Let people who are here stay here.
-Prevent this scenario from happening in the future with strong border security.
-Fix Mexico so people don't have a reason to leave Mexico and so there's no moral quandaries with deportation to begin with.

Additionally, we should steeply punish companies and employers that employ and underpay illegal immigrant workers. I don't see how it's justifiable on any level;

-If you're conservative, you probably want those jobs in the hands of American workers.
-If you're liberal, you probably think that it's extremely immoral for workers to be taken advantage of/effectively abused/underpaid by their employers.

It's really fucking bad in spots but having seen a lot of anime this decade and having watched Dexter and AHS I can't be inclined to call it "one of the worst seasons". It has some redeeming values that save it from being a total waste.

-Distinct style
-Severely underrated directing
-Great soundtrack
-Some good scenes here and there

It actually makes total sense when you piece the narrative together.

Pardon the shitty gimmick this author has, but he breaks it down pretty effectively:

There are plenty of other people who explain the narrative.

Watts' character dreams the bulk of the movie as a way to cope with the fact that, in her jealousy, she hired a hit on a woman she was obsessed with. That's the most basic boil-down of the plot, and the vast majority of the events in the movie reflect this. The last third or so is a disconnected sequence of events that (mostly) actually happened while the dream (that takes place during the first two thirds) chronologically happened after her decision to hire a hitman.

-Incompetent cops who can't solve mystery
-Incompetent hitman (who is the same hitman she hired) is portrayed in her dream as being ineffective at his job, a comforting idea given her regret
-Justin Theroux's character gleefully depicted as downtrodden by the things around him, something she likely derives joy from since he stole the woman she was obsessed over
-The greatest horrors of the film - ones that cause the film to shake - being a future image of her dead body, and the other being at Winkie's, where she made the final decision to have the woman killed

etc etc

It's really hard to call it pretentious when the work makes complete sense when contextualized. It's just insanely unorthodox in how it tells its story, which might make it unappealing since not everybody (justifiably) wants to analyze a movie for hours after watching it just to get a sense of what the narrative is.

I'm not entirely sure if climate change has much to do with this particular event. Overall opinion on this:

Right wing radical groups can be violent, but the violence in their ideologically usually (usually) comes when they get political installation. The roadblock for these groups is gaining power to begin with, something they clearly will never achieve when you look at their lack of support.

ANTIFA can look good next to them, but ANTIFA defaults to revolutionary-type violence from the get go. This can be demonstrated time and time again since at least Trump's inauguration: They're violent, they destroy property, and they beat people who don't even fit the description of "Fascist".

I think the classification of "Terrorist" organization towards ANTIFA is more justified than doing it to the KKK since the KKK generally have non-violent rallies while pretty much every instance of ANTIFA attending something has broken out into varying scales of violence that's clearly at least partly on them.

There are exceptions to this (see the righties going crazy with violence at Charlottesville) but generally speaking ANTIFA are more openly disruptive in terms of beatings and monetary cost and have been for several months.

I think you could have a reasonable discussion on the KKK/Neo Nazi groups being labelled as terrorists (I think they should be classified as such) due to their violent rhetoric but in terms of actual focus and resource allocation ANTIFA is more of a realistic threat.

Basically: I think the right wing groups should be labelled as terroristic too due to their divisive and dangerous rhetoric but ANTIFA has similarly violent rhetoric and actively engages in unjustified beatings and property damage on a regular basis.
