However, its still a flawed diet. Eating what you want still poses its risks because fats, carbs, and proteins all have different metabolic and hormonal responses in the body. Eating infinite amounts of Ice Cream is not the same as eating infinite amounts of Broccoli. You still need the right proteins, the right fats and the right carbs (all while avoiding the wrong ones).

So what are the right foods you ask? well that's another discussion for another day.

Here is the thing:

If Trump got rid of all illegals, it still wouldn't fix the economy. Not even close.

Strategic deportation is what we need.

Deporting too many illegals has its negative consequences and not deporting enough also has its negative consequences. The argument that we should be having is determining where that sweet spot is because there's a point of diminishing returns.


Deporting immigrants that are criminals and are burden to society is smart because they need to go.
Deporting immigrants who contribute to the economy is foolish because its a lose-lose scenario.

We want to get sick of winning, remember?

Also, Obama did not ignore the immigration issue. His rate of deportations was considerably higher than Bush. The way he differed from Trump was he focused on illegals who had actually committed crimes in the U.S. after immigrating -- a smart policy in terms of both crime and immigration. Trump is just playing to his base who has nothing to feel good about except having been born in America.

We really do need lower taxes and lower minimum wages if we want to slow down autonomous machinery and computers. We need more time to prepare for the upcoming autonomous revolution. However Republicans today in office are notorious for being incompetent and out of date, its better to vote for centrist democrats like Hilary and Obama.

I never had an issue with Republicans as an ideology, its the dimwits they elect into the office that makes it a deal breaker. Its better vote democrat in the center and make a compromise.

You would be without a job and consumer goods would cost way more than they should due to the recession. (although California recovered quicker than the national average) Obama's actions, policies, and sense of calmness soothed the markets and helped reachieve stability and fully operational markets. It hard to really measure how much Obama affected anyone. Saying it affected you little is somewhat naive because its impossible to quantify.

Also, Obama bailed out Chrysler and GM motors. Chances are you wouldn't be a driving vehicle made by them if Obama and his "socialist" policies didn't kick in.

Its a matter of eating the right Fats, Carbs, and Proteins.

Carbs found in bread/pasta are not the same as those found in broccoli.

Too much protein causes inflammation.

Low fat diets are dangerous. Mothers milk is 48% fat for good reason. And your brain is mostly fat. Also, you need cholesterol to make testosterone. A diet low in fat decreases fertility.

As a general rule, you should avoid bread, fried foods, and sugar. And increase your consumption of healthy fats.

A "cyclical ketogenic diet" is probably better than a full ketogenic diet. Just remember to eat good carbs like sweet potatoes and ditch the bad carbs like refined sugar. youll be okay.
