Yeah, I really liked it.

At first I tought it was about sex(as the title was an eufemism for that), but nope.
it's about revenge, the whole book to torture her as an analogy for her abortion, not showing up as the finishing move after she founds out that her husband is cheating her, etc. At least that's what I understood about that movie.

Sometimes I can like an album almost instantly.

But the albums that are really my favorites I had to listen to them 5+ times. And I hated them at first. It's a mystery why I listened to a certain album so many times if I hate it, maybe I just know that I will end loving it.

Anyway, voted 5+ because it's the number of times that I had to listen to albums that actually matters to me.

Do something new.

At the moment all your memories of nice times are probably associated with her and you think "waaaahhhh i'll never feel that way again" well do something new and exciting and you'll realise you don't need her to make you happy.

Yeah I was like that for like 3 days, and only getting out of my room/house would make me very sad and even cry for no reason, just looking at things completely unrelated to her made me cry(and I don't normally cry, ever). I would do new things, but I don't know what.

You'll be fighting it for months to a year.
The best way to fight it off is... To find someone else. The next best is to distract yourself with other activities that you get absorbed into from enjoyment. The whole self improvement stuff is just another way of saying you should wait and hope some woman goes to you when you enjoy your hobbies. Hope you have an outside hobby, I don't and it sucks.

I had to search the word to learn the concept. While I was reading it I wasn't really convinced that it was my case, but I think I'm just in denial. I don't think I'll find someone else soon, not because a low self-steem problem, it's just that I tend to be inside the house more than outside.

It makes it easier to forget and helps to talk about it just tell us everything about her and you. What happened? What were the plans? Etc...

Oh well, to begin, we were together almost 5 years(that would have been in october), and that's time enough to plan everything. (possible) Future kid's name, where to live, etc.

She always had more friends than I do, and I never had problems with that. She even have more male than female friends, and again, I have no problems with that. But the other day, about two weeks ago, I asked her to meet like two days later, but she refused because she said that she had to go the doctor, and that she had to go to colege etc etc.

Then, a day later, she told me that she would like to meet some (female) friends that day, and I said ok. The next day she asked me that, she told me that she lied to me and actually she just want to party with mostly male friend, because the very moment she refused to meet me she was talking to this guy and planning this party, and said that she lied because I could get jealous. That was a red flag to me, I'm not an overly jealous guy, but I tought it was suspicious, so I began to interrogate my ex about that party, and this specific guy too. I couldn't trust her about anything she said in that moment, and I got mad and blocked her from any kind of contact(we live 2 hours away).

Then, three days later ignoring her, I said that I couldn't trust her, and that I didn't answered her because I blocked her. Then she get mad and says she wants to end this relationship, and that she don't even care if it is in person or not. That was this tuesday or monday maybe. I said ok and went to see her at 8 am. She was drunk and said she doesn't want anything to do with me, so I leaved her house one hour later after I arrived, after talking and literally begging to not finish the relationship.

Not much has happened after that. She said last night that today or tomorrow she would like to end in person, but I said to fuck off because if she doesn't care, then it doesn't matter... The truth is that I think I could have a breakdown if I see her again.

Well, I skipped a lot of things that makes me and my ex look bad, but let's just say that I'm not a very calm guy when I'm upset.

Thank you mabus. Yeah I think this should be something to learn more than to be deppressed at, but I can't control it right now.

In a few more days/weeks(/months?) I hope I will be able to look back and don't feel completely sad about it.

I'd agree with Hoth, focusing on yourself and restoring your self-esteem and self-worth is the most important thing, and doubling down on your hobbies, or finding new ones, is an easy way to do that and stay busy/occupied so you don't sit around in self-loathing introversion.

I can assure that, I will be busy to just not be myself and my toughts alone.
I think I will go back to my keyboard. Its the only thing that will do something to me in return(that I know at least).
