Employees aren't allowed to preorder/purchase limited products usually, and can't do it at all while on shift. Look at this course of events since November: - NES Classic - Pokemon Sun/Moon (we had 700 preorders total) - Switch preorders - Zelda master/special edition preorders - Zelda amiibo preorders - NES classic walk ins and phone calls (constantly until april) - Switch walkins - Twilight Link amiibo - Switch and Amiibo phone calls And now the SNES. It's not their fault. Nintendo is incredibly anti retailer/retail employee. They get tortured day in and day out by angry customers who need someone to blame.
