Anyone, not just women, want well rounded, fun people to engage with. That's more than just being "nice" and fyi, nice does not immediately mean "good". So even if you are good, which nice isn't good, you still should strive to be fun, interesting, and talkative.

Once had a customer who demanded his fries were put down fresh in the oil (Mcdonald's)
Upon arriving at second pick up window, I tell him to please pull to spot one for 2 to 3 minutes for fries to cook
He then demands an apple pie because of this. I say, but sir, you specified that you need your fries cook to order, that's a 3 minute wait.
He goes, yeah but I deserve a pie for waiting.

That really bugged me I don't know why.
