If it wasn't already touched upon in KH2, I'd agree. But like I said, this is one of the few things that Nomura actually did foreshadow and build-up. Axel had a talk with Roxas about this in KH2FM, wondering if they all actually did have hearts the whole time. And Days touched on how Xemnas was lying to everyone anyway. So the reveal in DDD was less a retcon and more of a "Finally!"-type moment. For me anyway.

^^^^I'm not going to comment on that since it delves into spoilers for TC, but I will say it's one of the things that Nomura definitely didn't make up as he went along. Especially since it's something Axel talked about in KH2 itself.

But yeah, Roxas, Namine and Xemnas are all Special Nobodies, because they all exist while their counterparts exist.

Most of this information is in the Ansem Reports you collect. So if you haven't been reading them, I suggest you do. Especially since the HD versions add in extra info and fix typos that were in the PS2 versions.

Yeah, with some exceptions, a Nobody is just a direct continuation of their human state. So Xigbar and Braig are the same person - he's basically just going under a codename, or an alibi.

But Nobodies like Roxas, who exist simultaneously with their human counterparts and live their own lives, are considered Special Nobodies and aren't considered the same person.

Xigbar, yeah.

I don't think it's supposed to be a mystery or anything, though. They act the same and have the same voice.

No, you just have to beat each character's story. Also make sure you put them each on a separate save file

To expand, the actual ending isn't unlockable at all on Beginner, and in Standard you'd have to complete the Reports. But in Proud and Critical, just beating the main story is all you need.

Marluxia's Silhouette is probably the hardest to defeat, but his Data was the easiest for me since I memorized all of his attack patterns from his Silhouette (even if they are switched up differently).

Yeah, it's actually good.

The CGI/effects at some points are kinda cheesy, and I kinda got tired of some of the "slow-mo" fighting by the end, but overall it's a really good movie. And Gal really got Diana's character.

Chris Pine was better than I expected him to be as well.

The Riku thing works like this...

Basically, in the Kingdom Hearts universe, your heart determines how you look. So when Riku began to let out Ansem's darkness, it was like he was surrendering his heart to Ansem. So with Ansem's darkness having such a huge grasp on his heart, Riku's appearance changed to look more like Ansem.

Granted, he still looks a bit different from the real Ansem, due to it being a different character model. Not sure if that was intentional, though.

"Kingdom Hearts x[chi]" was a Japanese browser game. It got adapted to cell phones under the name "Kingdom Hearts Unchained x[chi]" and was released in English. But earlier this year, season one of Unchained x[chi] ended, and the name got changed to "Kingdom Hearts Union x[cross]" for the second season.

The worlds you go to are projections of future worlds made by the Book of Prophecy, but right there in that picture it's supposed to be real-time.

That said, the Book also makes projections of future characters to inhabit those world (like Alice, Hercules, etc.), so Ventus and Marluxia MAY just be projections. But I really doubt it. It seems to be legit right now.

I agree with Days having the best writing in the series. The character development is great all around and made me like characters that I didn't give a shit about before.

On the other hand, the writing (and most of the plot) of BbS is just awful. They don't talk like normal people half the time, and the acting was beyond bad in some scenes.

You can either play the DS game or just watch the movie. Either way, the main plot is there, but the movie doesn't take 40+ hours of clicking through textboxes and hand cramps from the DS's D-pad.

Yeah, we only got Akito the Exiled this year. Doubt season 3 will be out officially until late 2018/early 2019 for us.

Danny acts like a 10-year old. I thought it was just the writing of IF that made him hard to watch, but that just seems to be his character on purpose. It doesn't really make him that endearing. Especially since it involves him not even bothering to listen to others' opinions and viewpoints -- everything just turns into him proclaiming that it's his "duty to defeat The Hand" and that he won't back down, and blah blah blah.

Like shut up, dude. How've you trained with monks to balance your chi for most of your life but you still get riled up over every little thing?

Either way, both Elektra and Colleen sucked. Elektra, cuz she made the season significantly less interesting after the GOAT that was the Punisher. And Colleen because she was written so stupidly and Iron Fist just bitched her half the time she was on-screen.

Iron Fist was pretty bad, but the ending was pretty good, imo. Ward was the most interesting character, though. And Harold was a good villain.

It's weird, cuz Troy still voices Pain in the Naruto games, but doesn't come back to play Kanji anymore. Even though I'd imagine Kanji would get him more money than just a couple new battle grunts and maybe a cutscene or two.

Rikku annoyed me in FFX. Don't understand the hype behind her besides her FFX-2 outfit.

Never played anything besides FFX HD and FFXV, though, so I can't really say for sure how much I like any of the others, but Yuffie's cool in Kingdom Hearts. So...eh.
