Two sides of a coin. It's easy to take something at face value, but social media trends for years have shown us the extent people are willing to go to fake something for ratings/views. And how good they are at it.

Look, this very much could be real. I mean, why not? But it's hard to ignore that the Oscars took a 58% percent drop last year for their lowest ratings ever.

Now? One of the most talked about moments in its history that will fuel it for years.

It doesn't hurt Will Smith's image or Chris Rock's. Actually helps both honestly.

You should try stepping outside and interacting with people and see what they are like.

My entire career is based around interacting with, empathizing with, and reading people. I'm just not naive enough to believe everything that a notoriously manufactured industry spoonfeeds me. This isn't science we are taking about - it's Hollywood.

People generally want to believe the realities they have shaped for themselves. It's an escape from our normal mundane lives and it's why we have celebrity worship culture. Have to believe that there is more out there! Fuck, people still believed pro wrestling was real well into the late 90s.

Except literally everyone has been able to watch it.

Internationally it wasn't censored. Social media is already gaining traction. People will continue to digest the moment in any and all forms possible. They will talk about it ad nauseam.

Its a decent Scream movie. It does what Scream is known for well, but I if you have never been into Scream or its meta/self aware commentary yeah you wont like it lol

I thought it had some good kills and the writing was fine if a bit too on the nose at times.

I've earmarked Scream as my favorite horror movie since its release in 1996.

I just hate this idea of people trying to sell Scream as always trying to be and needing to be meta. The first one was revolutionary because it indeed flipped the script. The two original sequels weren't that try-hard in their attempts to recreate that success. 4 and 5 are literally the physical embodiments of someone sniffing their own farts in a glass.

I'm a big fan of the series and thought it was really good! Melissa Barrera (Sam) was bad in some parts but other than that the acting was fine to me. Jenny Ortega was great as Tara.

I can't think of a single good acting performance that didn't seem like I was watching an MTV/YouTube drama other than David Arquette and Neve Campbell.

Holy fuck. Why does Hollywood keep pumping out these shitty actors/actresses? It's like they just pick some random Instagram influencers and throw them in movies.

The story was also just...below average? Honestly, there was probably no reason to go past the second movie.

I remember that someone that claimed to have worked on IT on Reddit said that he was a genuinely horrible person and that Tim Curry sat and ate with the cast while they all shit talked him. I've wondered about whether it was true or not ever since. Seemed pretty relaxed on the commentary for the DVD.

I mean let's be honest...most directors are insufferable.

That said, Tommy Lee Wallace entertained this very autistic man (clinically) in front of me who essentially called Halloween 3 crap to his face. He was very polite and courteous.
