There is validity in saying there's no point in complaining because there is little chance GF will ever change, but it is kind of silly to say the current state of their games is without critique. Games can be enjoyable despite their graphics, but GF is really pushing it with their absurd laziness and inability to learn how to program on a system with which they should be extremely familiar at this point.

i believe this similar concept came up prior to Arceuss release, but it runs beautifully from my experience. Im sure they use the final moments to fine tune and optimize the game where they can.

I agree that Gamefreak and Pokmon can be critiqued, but on my list of critiques, graphics is bottom of the list.

Graphics dont make a game fun. Gameplay does. Pretty simple concept to understand.

The gameplay isnt mediocre though? Its fun. I dont care about graphics if the game is fun.

We went through this whole show prior to Arceuss release. The game is still fun regardless of how it looks.

I remember there was a site called supercheats I think. There mightve been a second very similarly named site that didnt really do any fact checking on submissions either. I remember falling for some of the Ocarina of Time cheats. The ones that told you to like play the Song or Storms at a Great Fairy Fountain 10 times or something and then you could step into the fountain itself and catch the great fairy in a bottle.

I'm interested but I dunno. It just looks like it has similar issues to Agents of Mayhem. The genre is just too high budget for Volition to compete now I think. These games still look like they are from the 360 era.

Eh I dont really care how they look necessarily. I had significantly more fun with Saints Row 3 and 4 than I did with GTA IV and V. The push for a more realistic type of game doesnt appeal to me. Thats why I also prefer PS2 era GTAs. The arcadey wackiness of all of them is what made them a blast to play.
