When it happens to me, I usually attribute it to my brain subconsciously reprocessing and learning the mechanics of the game while I am taking a break from playing it. The frustration I feel might be related to how well my brain "learns" the game. A similar sort of thing happens to me when I'm struggling with schoolwork. I'm not sure if this makes me an ideal student, though, which worries me sometimes. In any case, this is my theory on the matter.

how are you

I finally moved to a new state and got a new job to boot. I found a relatively cheap place to rent. But now, I'm worried about losing my job; management halved my hours for this week, much like how Roxas' bad mood halved his level on that day he dreamt of Sora losing his Keyblade and being abandoned by Donald and Goofy. In any case, life has been better; it's certainly improvement from the dysfunctional household I'd grown up in. I wish I had done it much sooner. But now I face the familiar crisis of finding meaning and purpose in my life --- the same crisis with which I had been struggling for many, many years. I shall not expound it for fear of reiterating myself as I have done in the past. Today, I called this department store to ask about their stock of oranges. I figuratively tripped over my words on the phone due to a combination of not having socialized in-person with anyone for such a very long time and crippling social anxiety. Now I'm afraid that I had made myself seem like a bit of a buffoon today. In spite of my feelings, I realize that ultimately, these shameful feelings do not really matter in the end.

You have to learn how to brake-slide at the appropriate moments in order to accumulate blue eco. Part of winning is luck; the other part is skill, as with all these Mario Kart-esque video games. I'd say that another large part is learning how to gain extra bursts of speed using these slide-turn maneuvers and what-not, since these seem to be a large part of these games.

It is an improvement over the last, but the fact that it's outside the case now makes the whole setup seem incongruent. If it were my flat, I'd worry about the possibility of insects crawling up through it.

I'm not sure how to feel. On one hand, I do feel confused and a bit frustrated that my posts were deleted instantly after I had posted them, and I never got to learn why, since I deleted my Reddit account before I even saw the notifications. On the other hand, I do feel relieved at the thought of no one ever having gotten to see them, since the posts in question were not very coherent or well-thought out. I would have not liked to have them attributed to my character. Moreover, I would not have felt comfortable posting them on a website with high traffic. I feel anxious thinking about letting such a large user-base see my comments. Anyway, most of all, I feel worried that my obsession over such things is an indicator that I dedicate too much of my life to the Worldwide Web. Anyway, I think I've treated this website as a Twitter account enough for one lifetime. How was your day, board?

That's only the case if you think it's the case. You should probably define your own metric of success, instead of either trying to abide by anyone else's or placing blind faith into the idea that there is a universal metric of success that ultimately dictates who is a failure and who isn't. Of course, these words come from someone who frequently compares himself to others, so take this as you will.
