Oh no, your #1 character has never been #1 in STATS? That sounds like some first world problems I'm glad I'll never have to worry about thanks to raytan screwing him over in his Era I'm happy enough to have gotten my boy in the top 10 overall and kept him in it for even a minute- rhyme not intended. I've learned from Inviso via trying to maintain Kuja's STATS that fighting a losing battle isn't worth the time or effort it takes so if Rikku can legitimately topple the Tidus titan than a deserving character from my favorite game will have earned the right to represent it as the top dog and it'll be up to her casual fanbase to keep her in the top ten because I'm done worrying about that

Hmm well in Jak (and Daxter) II you hijack hovering vehicles to navigate around Haven City far faster than you could on foot but the controls are janky. Also there is racing and authority invading involved in several missions, but it's not the focus of the game.

In Jak III the vehicle controls are a lot smoother, but since Haven City is only one of the areas involved in that game there is a lot less focus on the hover cars and more alternative vehicles are introduced. I don't recall many racing missions in that one, but it's also my least replayed of the trilogy. In fact I think I've only beaten it once versus like 7 for J&D and 3 for II.

I'm not liking this side of you, yellow! I might joke about saving See More Guacamole and he's not exactly in my top ten, but come on his battle theme alone should be enough to not hate the guy. Kefka was a tough draw sure, but I don't think Ramza was a tough opponent so much as the stars just happened to align for him. We've got evidence of how well Tactics does late game, and it's kind of a mixed bag. While Ramza is the MC and face of the game, I was (falsely?) under the impression that Delita is more popular. I'm not throwing shade at Tactics or its characters, but I don't know that I'd call any of them a tough draw. Also I have very little doubt Tifa would have crushed Ramza 1v1. Again I could be totally wrong, but that's just how I calls it.

That truly blows for Tifa. I can't imagine her losing to Edgar Figaro in this day and age. In fact I think she could win against almost any other character if she was just given the chance. I like Aerith more than Tifa and if you do too then keep doing what you're doing I guess. However if you like both equally, like Tifa even slightly more but want to see VII get a victory, or just love VII and want to see it do well (even better than it already does because it does "well" every contest) then you're a fool to keep choosing Aerith over Tifa. I'm saying this as someone with Aerith barely in my top ten and not some hater of her or the game she originates from, but she's had her shot twice now- recently at that- and Tifa hasn't had hers since the 6th contest or whenever. Why converge on her late game unless she's your actual favorite? I legitimately do not understand the logic for anyone other than MI, Poke, Kaelee, or wolley (RIP their participation in this contest)

I started out 1-4 (Squall, Cloud, Tidus, Lightning, Locke) but I'm a red hot 6-0 since

3 of those 4 losses have been avenged...

This is part of the reason I really wanted Sephiroth to make the final against Steiner even if it meant a guaranteed loss for him (as it would have meant for literally anyone facing Steiner that contest). As we've seen before runner-up winners stand a better chance of making it back to eventually become real winners.
