I don't think Nino was very likely since she didn't really fit with the other characters on the banner. Florina was my pick for a FE7 Ascended. Or would have been if this wasn't the midpoint banner. I thought Letizia would be on the banner and no ascended at all.

We tried Wikis for a bit a long time ago but it never took off. Fandom is trash so it might be an opportunity to try again.

Man, Elaine sure is doing her best to talk about how unfair this trial was because they couldn't tell the jury the bogus UK trial verdict and that she couldn't include certain texts, but she's not talking about everything Depp's team couldn't include like Amber having beaten the shit out of all of her partners before and after Depp.

I'm not suggesting that Depp did anything wrong with his recordings (and it sounds like he wasn't). But, they were ultimately useful in the trial. Other cases won't necessarily have evidence like that.

For example let's say in a fighting game hit box you put something like this in where something actually is equal to 1 and something is very very close but not. Let's say 1 means attacks will hit and less mean they don't. Infinitely close means they don't hit. Of course this is very simplified and I don't think actually come up.

Even very close may be rounded to 1 and be treated as a hit let alone infinitely close. I mean I wouldn't be surprised if an attack being 0.4 pixels off got rounded to be counted as a hit. In any case, this example doesn't apply since a video game would round numbers all over the place and the original scenario does not.

Just wondering, why doesn't Rottenborn do the entire closing? Like he can't do everything in a 6 week trial. But, it shouldn't be an issue for this right and just skipping Elaine, right?

I think you only need to get Bracket A done. Bracket B won't lock down until it is about to start. Same with C and D.

Poll is missing an option for Twitch streamers to choose:

Skip the tutorial on purpose, repeatedly complain about the mechanic being too confusing while never once actually using the mechanic to see how it works in action, and then bash the game for being too hard because its mechanics are too convoluted for players to figure out on their own.

Isn't that just an excuse to let the users in their chat explain and thus create interaction?
