A Republican county official in Georgia and operatives working with an attorney for former President Donald Trump spent hours inside a restricted area of the local elections office on the day voting systems there were breached, newly obtained surveillance video shows.
The video reveals for the first time what happened inside the Coffee County elections office on January 7, 2021, the same day its voting systems are known to have been compromised. Among those seen in the footage is Cathy Latham, a former GOP chairwoman of Coffee County who is under criminal investigation for posing as a fake elector in 2020.

CNN previously reported that Latham escorted operatives working with former Trump lawyer Sidney Powell through the front door of the elections office on January 7, 2021. The new footage appears to undercut previous claims by Latham that she was not "personally involved" in the breach.

This was the same day the election systems in Coffee County, GA were breached. Cathy Latham is already under criminal investigation for being a fake Trump elector. She said she wasn't involved in the breach, but she was previously shown on video letting people into the elections office. This video shows her in the room with people for hours. Sidney Powell paid them do this.

The Chief Operating Officer of El Segundo-based Beyond Meat was arrested on a pair of charges after allegedly biting a mans nose in a parking garage in Fayetteville, Arkansas, on Saturday night.
Doug Ramsey, 53, of Fayetteville, was arrested on September 17 on charges of terroristic threatening and third-degree battery. According to a preliminary report, the incident happened at a parking garage near Razorback Stadium following the University of Arkansas victory over Missouri State.
Just after 10 p.m. local time, an officer was dispatched to Gate 15 for a disturbance that had previously occurred in the Stadium Drive Parking Garage (SDPG). The responding officer found two males with bloody faces at the scene.

IMO, it has to start with holding the politicians and other individuals who committed crimes in relation to the 2020 election accountable.

• Fake electors scheme, which involves many state and local level politicians and lawyers
• Georgia election interference scheme
• Capitol rioters, especially the ones involved in planning for and/or participating in violence

Lol I know you're not actually "rich" but the low income households are not able to get solar and (assuming the credit is how the electric vehicle credit was) is only a credit up to your tax liability. So the higher your income and tax liability, the more you benefit

WASHINGTON (AP) A Michigan man was sentenced on Friday to five years in federal prison for his role in the U.S. Capitol attack by a mob that disrupted Congress from certifying President Joe Bidens 2020 electoral victory.
Chief Judge Beryl Howell also sentenced Anthony Robert Williams, 47, of Southgate, Michigan, to three years of supervised release after his prison term and ordered him to pay $2,000 in restitution and a $5,000 fine, according to a U.S. Justice Department news release.
In June, a jury convicted Williams of a felony count of obstructing the Jan. 6, 2021, joint session of Congress for certifying the Electoral College vote. Jurors also convicted him of four related misdemeanor offenses.

Prosecutors had recommended a prison sentence of five years and four months for Williams, who was arrested in Detroit in March 2021.

In a Facebook post three days after the riot, Williams called himself an Operation Swamp Storm veteran and referred to Jan. 6 as the proudest day of my life. He added that it felt like the founding fathers were smiling down on us in that room, and I guarantee my dad and gramps, both vets, would be proud.

Now he'll be in prison for 5 years.

I'm about 3 weeks into studying Python and I just started learning Postman a couple days ago. Holy crap. I wish I had taken the time to learn this stuff years ago. I've now written a Python script that automates the creation of remote packet captures on Aruba switches. A few people at work have asked me to send them that code, so I did.

Now I'm learning about Postman... I've never done config changes so freaking fast. This is nuts.

It's not gonna get fully charged up today. I'll probably leave it running until end of daylight tomorrow then turn it off. It's working very well, though. I want to run it tomorrow just to see how much it will generate. Hopefully there won't be too many clouds. It's at 20.9 kWh generated and it has been running since about 11am.

Yeah, she put herself at risk for perjury. I'd imagine she's pissed. Apparently, another one of Trump's lawyers wrote that declaration about all documents being returned and she just signed it.

Yeah, mine is just the whole roof. Most of it is covered in active tiles, but the smaller areas like the back patio and the smaller areas of the front of the roof have inactive tiles.

A lot of moving parts. From what I understand you dont power your own shit off the panels. Its hooked up to the utility companies lines and generates power for the grid, which they then give you credits for.

I'll need to get some clarification on the flow, but for my system I think it's something like:

Normal conditions: Roof generating power during the day, grid also supplying power

1. Roof generates power from sun
2. Generated power is sent to the batteries first, then the grid.
3. Batteries store power.
4. Depending on how I have the settings at the time (let's say 50% backup, 50% self-powered): If the level of charge on the batteries is above 50%, then the excess power is used to power the house. If the level of charge is at 50% or below, then the batteries stop powering the house and save the remaining amount in case of a power outage. If below 50%, batteries would begin charging from the roof again until they reach 50%.
5. House draws power from batteries until it gets to 50% or below, then the house pulls power from the grid.
6. If batteries are at 100%, and I have it set for 100% backup, then all power generated by the roof would be sent to the grid.

Grid down due to manual shutoff or power outage:

1. Roof generates power
2. Generated power is sent to batteries
3. House draws power from batteries
4. Once batteries are down to 0%, the roof tiles turn off and there is an actual power outage for the house.

If the utility company comes by and sees the system turned on, they can "red tag" it, and both Tesla and I will get a fine. Then they'll have to start the inspection process over again. The electrician from Tesla said they understand that I'll need to turn it on temporarily to charge the batteries, though.

10% charged so far

My house is actually generating solar power right now, but they're allowing me to have it on to get the batteries charged back up. They've been sitting for 2.5 months and they died a while back since they were slowly discharging.

Once They get up to 100%, I'll have to turn the system off again until the utility company sends an email giving me permission to operate. Hopefully that will come within a few weeks.

Getting closer, at least. This is the last step before I can start using it permanently.

He toured a mix of American-manufactured hybrid, electric and combustion vehicles from Chevrolet, General Motors, Ford, and Stellantis on a closed-off convention center floor, and greeted union workers, CEOs, and local leaders.

While Mr. Biden has been taking credit for the recent boom in electric vehicle battery and assembly plant announcements, most were in the works long before the Inflation Reduction Act was signed into law on Aug. 16. Mr. Biden's 2021 infrastructure legislation could have something to do with it it provides $5 billion over five years to help states create a network of EV charging stations.

Hell yeah. As an EV owner, this is badly needed. If the goal is to stop selling EVs in ~13 years, we absolutely need many more charging stations. Hopefully they also get good improvements in battery tech so that it doesn't take as long to charge.

I haven't taken mine on a super long trip yet, but Tesla also needs to build more superchargers around the country.

Probably more than just that, but it's pretty clear that they have likely-self-inflicted staffing issues, too. They gave me a phone number for the project manager assigned to this project. That dude never answered the phone ever. I could only reach him via email. They used also to have a phone number I could call to check on the status of a project with one of their general project advisors. They got rid of that entirely and now you just have to use a chat system.

I had a work colleague that got solar panels as they wanted to have a backup for if the power went out. The poor guy did not do his research and got only the panels and no battery storage for his units. With no battery unit, if the power grid goes out, solar panels do not work.

Yeah, one of my coworkers is in that situation. I got some batteries with it.

Not 100% sure. I'll have to test it out. I can also change some stuff on my network if I'm not happy with the overall impact. I have an enterprise grade Fortinet firewall in my home network that probably uses more power than what I actually need... but I like using it for testing stuff. Especially now that I'm learning coding.

Yeah, but with electrical stuff, I get the need for it. Most of the problem with the wait has been the fact that Tesla has super high demand and they definitely don't have enough people, especially with the recent cuts they've been doing.

It increased the solar tax credit from 26% through 2022 to 30% through 2032. I got solar installed a few months ago and it should be getting turned on within the next few weeks. So I'll be able to claim that 30% tax credit when I file next year. I'll have to see how my total tax liability for 2022 ends up being, but the 30% might end up being more than my total tax liability for this year. If that's the case, I'll have effectively paid $0 in income tax once I get the credit, and then the remainder will roll over to the next year.

The Inflation Reduction Act getting passed means the biggest tax return I'll likely ever see will be even larger. Probably the most significant individual bill for me in my lifetime.

TROY Jason T. Schofield, the Republican Rensselaer County Board of Elections commissioner, was arrested outside his residence Tuesday morning by the FBI and charged with fraudulently obtaining and filing absentee ballots last year using the personal information of at least eight voters without their permission, according to an indictment unsealed in U.S. District Court.
The indictment handed up last week and unsealed Tuesday during his arraignment charges Schofield with 12 felony counts of unlawful possession and use of a means of identification.

Schofield was led into court in handcuffs just after 2 p.m. by three FBI agents, including two who have been pursuing the wide-ranging voter fraud investigation since last year. The 42-year-old entered a not guilty plea as a half-dozen of his supporters sat behind him in the courtroom. The proceeding concluded with U.S. Magistrate Judge Daniel J. Stewart releasing him on his own recognizance with no objections from the U.S. attorney's office.

Schofield turned and thanked the FBI agents when they removed his handcuffs following the short proceeding.
He declined comment as he left the courthouse with his attorney, Danielle Neroni, and the small group of supporters. Neroni said her client "continues to maintain his innocence."

The indictment accuses Schofield of using an online state Board of Elections portal to request absentee ballots on behalf of eight voters who had no interest in voting, did not request absentee ballots and didn't know that Schofield was using their personal information to obtain the ballots. The indictment alleges the official "falsely certified" that he was the person requesting the ballot when he entered the voters' names and dates of birth in the portal.

12 felony counts of voter fraud. Hopefully he gets a long prison sentence.
