So the breakdown

Rearmed Heroes

They have prf weapons... that can be inherited. Said prf weapon can also be refined. The most noteworthy thing about rearmed heroes however is that they do not disappear from your barracks after someone inherits their skills. You can only inherit skills from them once, and they'll have an icon on them showing whatever or not they've already been "used up".

Multiple copies can each give out their skills once, but merging up two Rearmed Heroes who haven't had their skills inherited means you can still only inherit once, they don't stack. So make sure to give our their skills/weapon before mering.

Hall of Forms are getting revivals. They'll be voted on like Forging Bond revivals are(aka Twitter).

The first revival will be for TMS however. They'll also have their focus banner up, which allows sparking.

Binding Worlds gets a Hero Records to see what borrowed unit helped you out.

And finally an update to Summoner Duels(Do I even have to talk about this mode?). Every Friday - Sunday you get an additional 10 points for each match you score points in, with no limit. There's also a lv 40 no support custom rule added.

Which is very odd because his DC is in his A skill instead of being built in. Granted they're also in the awkward spot of having to compare his OG with his Brave(Which I guess should be better)... but then why give Valentine and Legendary Hector refines?

Legendary Alm: Lunar Flash II - Treat foe's Def/Res as if reduced by 20% during combat. Damage boosted by 20% of unit's Spd, neutralizes "Reduces damage by X%" effects from non special skills.

Also gets Time's Pulse 3

Naga: Divine Fang+: Grants dragon effectiveness to adjacent allies at start of turn. If Naga is within 2 spaces of an ally, +6 Atk/Spd and guaranteed follow up on initiation. This applies to both Naga and her nearby allies.

Also gets Dive-Bomb 3

New Mode: Binding Worlds

It... looks like Hall of Forms. Costs mode exclusive stamina to play, and the maps are called Enclosures. There's a magic circle on the maps that allows you to swap your hero with another hero from another world. Switching levels you up. The hero switched out can fight again right away.

Levels go past 40, and can reach 99.

Rewards include a LOT of dragon flowers:Several hundred is shown from the video, and orbs. I think the other thing is this mode's version of torches.

Tldr: Hall of Forms, but you can switch your heroes with other heroes. The switch appears to be permanent.
