I, for example, had literally no idea that i was taking in 700 calories of vodka a day when i drank. I thought it was more like 70 calories.You don't need to count calories to realize that a 2,400 pulled pork mac and cheese dish has too many calories. Just avoid high calorie foods as a general rule. Nobody is arguing you should ignore calories when you're fasting, just that stressing about the exact number of calories you get is often such an additional mental tax on an already difficult task (Permanently changing your dietary habits) that it's often counter-intuitive. If you're an average sized but over-weight male, generally eating less than 2,000 calories a day will probably cause you to lose weight. When you're fasting, that basically means "Don't eat a 1lb colossal burger with fries and down it with three beers" for dinner. Cut out most liquid calories and eat a filling but not excessive meal in the evening. Learn that it's okay to be a little hungry sometimes. I still rarely eat during the morning and afternoon but I'm a bit less strict since I'm eating to maintain my weight and encourage some muscle growth from my workouts. Once I've filled my body out with some more visible muscle I'll probably go back to stricter fasting to get down to around 190. I should mention it's been around a year since I started and going without snacking or breakfast/lunch pretty much feels inconsequentially easy at this point. --- 'Cause you know that I have no fear, ain't gonna walk into the river and disappear. Let's say some dweeb gets paid $10 an hour to watch over 10 cars at the same time. That means each individual car would cost, from just labor alone, $1 an hour for monitoring. If your car needs to be monitored 24 hours a day for break-ins, that would cost $720 a month. For just labor. Now factor in the extensive overhead of maintaining the electronics infrastructure, hardware for monitoring 10 cars simultaneously, managers to ensure the quality and attentiveness of all employees, extensive IT to maintain both the in-house tech but also provide service for the customers, the cost of the cameras themselves, the cost of insurance for the business to legally cover their activities, the property costs of the central monitoring center where the monitoring will occur, ect. My friend got fired from Wal-Mart because he made some goofy private jokes with a (supposed) friend and co-worker using Italian slurs.
