Friends of Mineral Town was a GOAT GBA game. idk how the remake fared, but the original one was a landmark farming sim.it was my absolute favourite one before Stardew Valley.

A Wonderful Life is up there as one of the more beloved HM cult classic games. Never played it, but it definitely left its mark.

The conservative perspective from someone who's been a Republican and a Democrat and not a mod:

-The right thinks kids should be allowed to figure out whether their gay or straight by themselves, like they did before, with no assistance from the teacher. Also, I think they're just tired of the nanny state. I don't think we can go back to latchkey kids but, if nothing else, having no adult supervision for a few hours after school did give us the opportunity to think for ourselves.

-Yes, the right does use the term gender dysphoria a lot, but they also think that if a person is not considered mature enough to drive or vote or drink, that person should not be transitioning. And they don't think transwomen should be competing in sports with biological women. The transwomen have too much of an advantage. Otherwise, they can be them.

-The right thinks of the fetus as a human being and consider it a sin to have an abortion. What's this about eugenics?

-Part of the right thinks the Ukraine shouldn't be helped because the government is corrupt and the country itself isn't a part of NATO, and if it became part of NATO, the Russians would think of it the same way that the US thought of Cuba back in the early 1960s. Also, no one was expecting the Russian military to be so inept, but they still have nukes, and no one wants a nuclear war to start simply because Russia invaded the Ukraine.

-No one thinks of Trump as a saint, especially with those mean tweets, but the right does think he made the country more prosperous, self-sufficient, and less susceptible to foreign threats. Oh, and Russia didn't invade the Ukraine during Trump's presidency. Russia invaded during Obama's and Biden's presidency. As for Hunter's laptop, censoring reports about it simply because someone deemed those reports misinformation or disinformation leads to public distrust. Don't know much about Hillary's e-mails. Did anybody find them yet?

-The right has issues with Critical Race Theory because they think it tells certain people that they should not only feel guilt for the sins of their ancestors, but that they should also feel responsible for the current state of race relations. And if you go back far enough, just about every race has been enslaved at one point or another.

-Maybe some on the right don't believe in climate change, but climate change is always occurring. It occurred before humans, and it'll happen after we're gone. In fact, according to scientists, the Sahara should be lush and green again in about 10,000 years. We shouldn't get rid of gas before we can find another viable alternative though.

-Trump never said he would make the vaccines mandatory when he was in office. He said the opposite actually. So why would the right disagree with him? And yes, the right is pro-choice when it comes to the vaccines, and for some, the cure has become worse than the disease. Also, you may want to check with the life insurance companies about a sharp increase in deaths during 2021 from non-covid related illnesses. Also, why did we get that 2021 stimulus check?

-Who's going to foot the bill for the higher pay. No one's going to eat out if the food's too expensive. And what's the point of being stressed out by your high skill job if you can still live comfortably as a low skill worker.

-Didn't Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton call Trump an illegitimate president because she lost the 2016 election. Hardly anyone in power raised a fuss about it then, but I guess anyone who refers to Biden as an illegitimate president now is considered a threat to democracy.

I don't use delivery services. And I rarely ever use a service where I'm expected to tip (and I tip well when I do).

I agree that drivers should be paid better. But that's not the reality we're living in. Until it is, no fucking sympathy for cheapskates abusing a system.

I think it could be a little of both, because it's a combo of everything you listed, combined with a generation of kids (now adults) that knew their parents, the last generation where the government actually worked for them and not the other way around, would be around to support them should they decide to say "screw it all" when the world has beaten them down. And their parents enabling them by constantly bailing them out.

Like I say all the time ,the "Participation Trophy Generation" didn't buy those trophies for themselves. They were raised by a generation that was beaten down by "You HAVE to do better than the generation before" and decided they're just going to hand the next generation as much as they can, so they won't struggle as much as they did. It created a lot (not all) of children that became adults that are now wondering "why isn't all this being provided for me?" and after a childhood of "everyone wins!" doesn't handle rejection very well.

Since it's legal to do this, it's more like throwing out a contract and waiting for the contractor willing to take the lowest bid. You get what you pay for. So if you didn't tip and your shit doesn't arrive or arrives wrong, I have zero sympathy for you. Either stop using/abusing the system in place or do what it takes to understand what is actually going on with the service you are trying to employ. Delivery service is a "luxury service" for a reason. Getting people to do shit for you isn't cheap.

Okay, I'll address this, then.

You are looking at it like She-Hulk is a real woman. I'm looking at it in the perspective of the viewer. The viewer sees a character complain to a man about how her life is harder than his, and her evidence is "I am a woman". As a viewer, you are supposed to sympathize with her, and understand that yes, there are terrible men, and yes, they do terrible things to women, and even though these two people now share a common power, she will always have more issues in society. It establishes that maybe this MCU character will be different than her comic book portrayal, because obviously they couldn't portray She-Hulk like they do in the comics (imagine that backlash, She-Hulk sleeping with every male superhero).

Then just a few episodes later, the viewer has to watch this same character twerk with Megan Thee Stallion, who's whole schtick is sex. Megan has been on stages humping the ground, so it's safe to say that she is proud to be a sex symbol in our society. Nothing wrong with that, but usually the viewer will now forever link them together. The cat (calling) is out of the bag, no pun intended.

And no, it wasn't a private moment, the windows are glass and they are blaring her music, which would obviously cause a commotion. I just wish they portrayed it accurately, having the whole building shake lol.

Obviously someone on set thought "Let's invite Megan, it'll hit different" and this was the result, and it totally betrayed her character from episode 1. Plus, it was just so incredibly lame.

The show is already TV-14, which is a perfectly fine rating to have twerking in it.

The dance originates from a strip club, while the other is like...Shakira in a music video, I guess. Both are intended to be sexy, but one is obviously blatant in its intentions, and more inclined to be used to seduce a man.
