That's what I remember as well, I always found it strange how vague Jenova's true origin is. Aside from the fact that we know that they came from space, they kinda just showed up out of nowhere

3's plot developers their characters in it, not social links. You get more character development out of the Persona 3 cast in the main plot and that's definitely a plus in Persona 3's favor.

Hard agree. In 4 and 5 after you finish characters respective dungeons you almost never hear about their issues outside of their confidants and small references here and there.

Characters having their awakenings be tied to story events should be the norm.

I view it as a 60 fps machine for ps4 games and I'm happy with that.
