Im surprised that I havent seen the Trump Defense Force chime in yet.

I mean in 2015 it was obvious that he was a fascist, a bigot, a con man, had a lot of ties to Russia that made him vulnerable to exploitation, and that he was the type who would instigate a coup to seize power. Admittedly, I'd have been more likely then to expect him to just hand them over to Russia and other foreign leaders. Not uh... stealing them and keeping them after he was removed from office and selling them or at least holding onto them in anticipation of when he could sell them.

Former President Donald Trump received a federal grand jury subpoena this spring for sensitive documents the government believed he retained after his departure from the White House, a source familiar with the matter confirmed to NBC News.

Conservative journalist John Solomon first reported Thursday afternoon that Trump was sent the subpoena months before the FBI searched his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida earlier this week.
